Lovely hotel

Just returned from a week here. Lovely hotel, room was spotless, great pool area and the staff were amazing. The only downside is it’s a bit far from the beach but for what we paid you can’t complain and taxis are so cheap. Thank you for a great stay guys ?? residence intouriste, Directeur général at Intouriste Hotel & Suites, responded to this review Dear Amanda-Ameera,Thank you so much for your lovely review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your week with us, especially the cleanliness of your room, our pool area, and the service provided by our team. 4 star hotel where?? Me and my boyfriend are 18 & 19 for reference First off we noticed the floors were grim in our room and left our feet brown with dirt. Then we noticed long black curly hairs (couldnt be either of our hair) all over the bedding AND SHEETS …. Also found a couple of hairs in the shower. We politely asked reception if our floors could be cleaned and bedding changed a grand total of three times- and it wasnt done over the whole week we stayed here. We literally just gave up askingOn the day we arrived the hotel exchanged some cash for us. We needed more cash throughout the trip, but they claimed that they had no cash left ?? We found this hard to believe seeing as they have a whole exchange rate board as soon as you walk in. I also asked reception for an extra towel and the lady told me to go find and ask the cleaner on my floor? But obviously i am not going to go hunting for the cleaner who is in peoples’ rooms? The only good part of this hotel was their mango smoothie. No joke, the food is also tragicWe got pizzas because we thought its pretty hard to mess up a pizzaBut this hotel messed up pizza . The wifi is tragic too by the wayDo not waste your money here, or to be honest don’t waste your money on agadir as a whole…We had a pretty awful holiday and this dirty hotel with unhelpful staff added to it. residence intouriste, Directeur général at Intouriste Hotel & Suites, responded to this review Dear Rosieb,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.We are sincerely sorry to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We particularly regret the concerns you raised regarding the cleanliness of your room and the service provided by our team. Please be assured that these points have been taken seriously and shared with the relevant departments for follow-up.Our hotel has recently undergone extensive renovation and modernization, including our rooms, bedding, bathrooms and Wi-Fi system. We are therefore disappointed that your experience did not reflect the standards we strive to provide today. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a much better experience.Kind regards,Intouriste Hôtel & Suites

Great hotel

Brilliant place. Staff are so friendly and attentive. A few little things can be improved upon, e.g. a bar/ snack area near the pool area, breakfast needs alot of improvement. Overall we would return in a heartbeat. Stand out staff, Ameer barman, just couldn't do enough to make our stay the best experience. Spotlessly clean. Very relaxing, felt like family the moment we stepped foot in this great hotel. Thank you to everyone.
