  Perfect location and fabulous staff

  The hotel location is perfect. The grounds are stunning and the sunsets viewed from the beach bar (with a cocktail) are beautiful. Our room was the junior suite and was large, airy, well equipped and spotless.The food at breakfast and in the bars for the rest of the day was excellent (especially the fish which was landed less than 200 yards from the hotel on a daily basis).The hotel atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, there is an unofficially adopted pack of cats and dogs living in the grounds, all the staff and most of the guests indulge them!!But the most outstanding characteristic of this excellent hotel is (are?) the staff. Not sure if they are consumate professionals or just naturally gifted....but every one of them makes you feel really valued.To Hassan, Mohamed, Hamid and all the staff, thank you so much for a fabulous holiday.   We enjoyed our time at this hotel. Our room was a premium suite room 625. Top floor with amazing views and also good location for the sunset.The restaurants at the hotel were only ok nothing special. The beach one is really a beach bar and due to Ramadan the only other offering Dinner was a very expensive buffet menu situated next to the pool area.Shuttle is very good runs twice a day.Or favourite restaurants were Quartier D’ete just up from the pharmacy. Happy Calamari (not really a restaurant but a great food experience) but that is closed through the whole of Ramadan. The best one is Pure Passion in Taghazhout. Just try here you will not be disappointed.To get to Pure Passion or any of the other places in Taghazhout we used Abdul - taxi guy who stands opposite hotel entrance. Very good English and very reliable. His telephone number is on WhatsApp is +212 698-598189Would visit again but only if the restaurants were vastly improved.   Fabulous hotel - room excellent - staff amazing and so friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Food was so tasty and plenty of choice .   A fantastic wellbeing and recharging experience in a wonderful setting

  Under an hour transfer from the airport, we arrived as a lovely hotel set in beautifully landscaped grounds on the beach. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, be that carrot juice in the morning, cleaning the accommodation or assisting on activities. Very chilled and relaxed vibe not at all withstanding some children still on half term. The prestige suite was very spacious and will benefit from a refurbishment when that happens but it was perfectly clean. All the food was amazing from local and traditional dishes that we tried (we were there during Ramadan), to salads, fresh fish and burgers). We booked a package which included spa treatments and yoga, and everything we took part in was amazing, one of the best massages we’ve had and very attentive yoga instructors (the location and view from the class setting was fabulous!). All in all a very pleasant trip and we hope to return.   Awful rooms, awful Manager, check before you go here.

  Awful experience here, on arrival after a 4 hour flight delay we were told our room was not ready, we waited for a while and then were taken to what can only be described as the last room in the resort! At the back of site, alongside builders huts, constructions sites, brick work, rubble and rubbish. The view on the terrace was of exposed pipes and debris, the shower leaked everywhere and the bedroom window looked onto a brick wall.We were told to put up with this for one night as this was all that was left and to come back the next day for one of their best rooms.Breakfast the next day was a joke! Only 1 of the 4 coffee machines worked and when I tried for a coffee from there, I got a hot chocolate! I tried to explain this to the waiter but he had not interest.Limited buffet and the food looked pretty poor.We went back to reception as advised, to be shown 2 equally unimpressive rooms, one in a basement that spelt of damp and one over looking the motorway.An absolute joke having booked a junior suite offering a sea or pool view.The manager, RACHED, was extremely unhelpful, rude,. very unprofessional to the point of being almost threatening.We got out of there as quicky as we could and went straight to Taghazout Bay and checked into another hotel.Also, this resort is advertised at being in Taghazout Bay with bars and restaurants nearby and this is NOT true, it is 15 minutes in a cab to Taghazout Bay and you step outof resort onto a very busy road, no pavement and with nothing to see. We are truly sad that we didn't have the chance to show you this side of our hospitality.Regarding the breakfast, we take your remarks to heart. Please know that our Executive Chef and F&B Manager are present every morning in the dining area, precisely to listen to our guests and ensure everything is perfect. They would have been delighted to assist you personally with the coffee machines or the buffet selection.Concerning Rachid and our front office team, we are deeply touched and saddened by your perception. Rached is a person of great kindness, deeply appreciated by our guests for his devotion. He and the entire team were genuinely concerned about your difficult journey and were doing their heart's best to help you find comfort quickly. It was never their intention to add to your stress, but rather to shield you from it.Regarding our location, we strive to ensure that our position and all proximity details are clearly stated on all booking platforms, allowing our guests to plan their stay with full peace of mind.We truly regret that we didn't have the opportunity to turn your stay around and show you the warm, peaceful hospitality that defines Paradis Plage.
