The spa experience ‘the ancient bath - Aire’ was one of the most unique spas we’ve ever had — ¡una maravilla! highly recommended - not to be missed ! Super advised to visit every single day at the resort. It is worth every single euro — vale cada euro — and then some!Mil gracias, mil veces gracias!   Had human extracts on the bed but hotel did not care too much. Totally unexpected treatment from a 5 star hotel. Also rooms are very basic and old

  We booked and payed a Suite with my wife for today 23/06/2024, we have all documents for today and when we arrive they says that they made wrong the booking and they type our book for next year 23/06/2025!! They offer us to come another day, no excuses, this is not serious, no alternative…added in photo of booking for today. Be careful with this place.

  Disappointing and not a 5-star hotel experience at all

  We booked this 5-star hotel for the gourmet restaurant, Wine bar, Aire Spa and some 5-star luxury for a wedding anniversary.First the Good:- Beautiful surroundings.- The room had a pleasant garden view.- Friendly bell boy.- The Aire Spa is really nice.- The bed.Then the unfortunate Bad:- Arrived on a sunday and BOTH the Wine bar AND the gourmet restaurant was closed.- The food in the only open and very un-cozy, hospital lunch room feeling, tasted nothing and either was over cooked or just bad presented and tasteless. Ate both lunch and dinner. None of the dishes that we tried was even remotely ok.For example; The hamburger meat was hard as a rock and the fries was soft and wet.- The overall feeling of the hotel is 3*. Not even 4*, and no part of the hotel is what you would expect from a 5* hotel. Nothing is premium.We can not recommend this hotel because it will not at all deliver at the expectations.And not warn the customer that the wine bar and the "gourmet" restaurant is closed at a countryside hotel is just bad manners, we even called before about our stay, some wishes we had and celebration.

  Visited Mas Salagros during a business trip in February 2024. We found the hotel only due to very high rates in the city because of a big expo. They claim to be a 5-star destination - and I presume that could be the case during high season. When we stayed 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed and the heating in the rooms barely work. The gym is very small and overall service level could benefit of some focus in the future. I would classify the property as a strong 3-star or weak 4-star at the highest.
