    Lovely week for our first time in Agadir…First impressions were great and the large lobby is very nice with plenty of seating however the chairs are very low…..Rooms are big and have everything you need but glad to be on the first floor as there are no lifts….Food was plentiful but not very warm and lunchtimes were repetitive as not much change in variety ….Drinks were ok, beer is nice but cocktails were pre made so not very nice….The Moroccan A-la-carte was rubbish and we ended up leaving after a try of what we assumed were starters and was not a great experience … restaurant staff did not seem to want to help and didn’t explain anything….. this was the same in the Asian a-la-carte but the food was slightly better…. Overall food and staff were a lot better in the main Buffett restaurant.Entertainment staff by the pool worked very hard and made us laugh however we didn’t watch any of their shows as it’s not our thing but the singer in the main lobby bar was ok to listen to but they also had a Moroccan band on for a couple of nights but in our opinion they played too long and it was rather annoying music and not good to listen to…..The outside seating area is nice but the chairs are too low and tables and chairs are designed for large groups rather than twos or fours so more seating could be added as plenty of space as it was hard to get a seat in the evening outside…..The promenade and Beach area which can be accessed easily from the hotel is lovely……Overall we would return to Morocco but maybe not to this hotel….

    Rooms reception and grounds lovely.Food mediocre just the same all the time.Some staff were very friendly, but main dining room staff very rude, told you where to sit making you move from one table to the other,staff arguing in the doorway so no one could pass and they just carried on not very professional.We also had problem with ants in bathroom,dining room and around sunbeds. People putting towels on sunbeds that just sat there all day not being used. Really needs better organising and staff training .Will not be returning.
