    Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa is truly an extraordinary place. From the moment you arrive, you are captivated by its beautiful architecture and stunning interior design. The hotel is surrounded by magnificent gardens filled with lush greenery, colorful flowers, and perfectly maintained shrubs. Everywhere you look, there is beauty, elegance, and impeccable cleanliness. Staying here feels like being in paradise.The hotel staff provide service of the highest standard. They are exceptionally kind, professional, courteous, and always welcoming with a genuine smile. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely cared for, and every effort was made to ensure our comfort and well-being. The attention we received made us feel as though we were the most important guests in the hotel.Our villa (70) was beautifully prepared for our arrival. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, fruit, a tray of delicious sweets, a variety of nuts, and even a bottle of champagne. These thoughtful touches immediately made us feel special and appreciated. Every day, fresh treats were presented on our table, adding another wonderful touch of luxury.We would especially like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Housekeeping Team, who took exceptional care of our villa throughout our stay. The villa was cleaned twice daily and maintained to the highest possible standard. Fresh towels were provided every day, the beds were exceptionally comfortable and beautifully made, and everything was always spotless. We greatly appreciated the unlimited supply of mineral water, the regularly replenished minibar, and the constant attention to ensuring that we never ran out of coffee, tea, or any other amenities. Every detail was carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and worry-free.A very special thank you goes to Mr Omar, the Housekeeping Manager for the night team, for his professionalism and dedication; Mr Abdelkhaek from Room Service for his outstanding service and kindness; and Mr Yassine, Office and Reservation Booking Manager, for his invaluable assistance and support throughout our stay.We would also like to thank the gentlemen who looked after our private pool and who kindly lit the fireplace and outdoor gas heater for us every evening, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made our evenings truly magical.A special mention must go to the wonderful security team. My son was absolutely delighted to take a picture with one of the security guards and his dog, which became one of the most cherished memories of our holiday.As guests who have stayed in many hotels around the world, including some of the finest properties in Dubai, we can honestly say that we have never experienced such a warm welcome or such an extraordinary level of hospitality. The entire team looked after us as if we were members of a royal family.As a guest with a disability and mobility difficulties, I was particularly touched by the care, attention, assistance, and kindness shown to me throughout our stay. The support I received made a tremendous difference and allowed me to fully enjoy this beautiful resort. For this, I am deeply grateful.From the refreshments offered immediately upon our arrival to the countless thoughtful gestures shown every day, everything contributed to making us feel as though we were living in a fairy tale.     We had a wonderful week staying here and it was just what we needed. It seemed really quiet even though the hotel was full. The food was disappointing but the service we had from everyone was excellent. A big thank you to Mohamed at the pool. His service really made our holiday. He was friendly and attentive and he is a credit to the hotel. He couldn’t have done more for us. We absolutely loved him.     Great hotel in a lovely beach location with very friendly and attentive staff.

    The Hotel staff are great, very polite and are always available to meet your needs whether that is by the pool, in the restaurants or generally helping you during your stay. We were only Bed and Breakfast and the food was plentiful, fresh and the range was very varied.The Hotel and Rooms are very clean and the rooms in particular seem to have recently been updated.Noise levels around the Hotel was not an issue at all and it is a very relaxing place to stay. As with a lot of similar hotels if you get a room at ground level you can hear people walking around and moving furniture above.It is only a 50DHM Taxi to the busier part of Agadir and so its quieter location right on an amazing beach gives you the best of both worlds.One very small observation is that they tend to leave food that people have consumed on sunbeds too long before clearing away. This can attract birds which can then make a bit of a mess.Finally there are loads of Sunbeds, Daybeds and tables/sofas tucked away so getting an area to relax is no problem.Definitely will visit again.     This is a very good hotel with plenty of space to enjoy the beach and various pools… The Plage restaurant is the highlight by quite some distance and includes the perfect spot for sunset and isn’t too formal. We didn’t think the breakfast was great however the staff, grounds and service was superb and some of the best we’ve had in Morocco. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Mounia who made our daughter’s trip so special!
