Location

Situated in the heart of Agadir city, in the tourist area, near the golden sandy beach and with a view of the blue ocean, this hotel offers every comfort for leisure and business travellers. Restaurants, shops and cafés are only a few minutes from the hotel. The long smooth sandy beach is only some 100 m from the hotel. Just 900 meters away one can find Agadir's famous monuments such as the Kesbah, the old Medina and the Souk. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car or bus.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 236 rooms and 15 suites located in two 7-storey buildings with lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, volleyball, basketball, archery, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as water skiing, jet skiing and sailing or, for a fee, windsurfing. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics, aerobics and handball. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet gives guests many delicious reasons to get out of bed in the morning. At lunch and dinner, there are plenty of tempting options at the buffet or à la carte. Dinner is also served as a set menu. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    The staff are so very friendly, helpful and accommodating, Jamel, Aziz and Anwar always happy to help and chat by the pool. Staff always went out of their way to help.Check in and check out was quick and simple. Lovely hotel, great for kids, so much to do. Lovely clean, modern rooms with air con, short walk from a beautiful beach, bars, restaurants and local souks (market places) . Good food with lots of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner, fresh fruits and salads, meats, rice, and moroccan tagines daily. No problem with noise throughout our stay.Would definitely return.     Amazing hotel with absolutely lovely staff ❤️

    Just arrived home from a 5 night stay at this great hotel. The first mention has to be the staff. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Very nice people. The hotel’s small private section of beach is only a 5 min walk away, but has no facilities. The pool area of the hotel is quite small and consequently this gets extremely busy. However, it’s such a lovely place to stay we didn’t let this be too much of an issue really. Food is fresh and plentiful. We were AI and always found something nice to eat. Would we stay again? Yes absolutely. Thanks to all of the staff for helping to make it a lovely holiday.     Great hotel in a great location. The amazing beach is just a short walk across the road. Lovely promamade to walk day and night. Felt incredibly safe. There are a few locals trying to sell things, but respectfully leave you alone if you say no. Very friendly and welcoming local people. The hotel was clean, good food, and a good entertainment team. Very professional and friendly. Shout out to reception staff, catering staff, entertainment staff, bar staff, cleaners and the rest of the Kenzi Europa staff, who work hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I would return to this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised how lovely the location was. Plenty of trips if you want them.     Great value for money, lots to do via the hotel and provided by Tui. So easy to get sorted with day trips. All dining staff are welcoming and friendly, nothings too much effort for them. Daytime entertainment team were always on top form, always getting people involved and always doing something whether it be aquafit or water polo, etc etc. The hotel rooms themselves were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Only negative about them is that our air conditioning in our room didn't work at all during our stay, however the others in our group in the room next door had a perfectly fine air conditioning unit in theirs. When we brought this up to reception staff, they sent someone right away and we were then told it was nothing to do with the indoor part to it and it was an issue with the outside, and nothing else got done or fixed after that so we just learned to live without, but would've been nice to have. Reception staff very helpful and always willing to give information, good rates to exchange money there too as it was advised not to do so at airport. Food was varied, always something everyone in our party enjoyed however it was sometimes repetitive. Room was cleaned daily, to a good standard. Tv had 2 english channels with back to back films on. Poolside sunloungers were great although had to make sure to put towels out early as there was some competition for them in mornings. All in all, a good hotel with a handful of mini supermarkets nearby, even a mini souk across the road (which we only discovered after going to the main one!) Five minute walk from the beach if that, lovely walk to take in surroundings. Would definitely visit again, and definitely recommend to anyone who wants a change from your typical holiday destinations. 10/10. Nothing less👍
