We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Saïdia, and it was made even more special as we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. ??From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of by the team. We were staying in Junior Suite 3156, following a very appreciated upgrade that made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.A very special thank you to Fadoua, who was incredibly kind, attentive and supportive throughout our entire stay. Her attention to detail, availability and warm attitude really made a difference. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our experience.We would also like to thank the Guest Services and reception team for their warm welcome and professionalism. Everyone we interacted with was smiling, welcoming and genuinely helpful.A special mention as well to Faiçal and Adil from the check-out and payment team. An unforgettable stay thanks to an amazing team ?

I stayed at Iberostar Saïdia for 5 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere was fantastic, and what really made the difference was the people working there.The animation team was always friendly, energetic, and created a great vibe every day. A special mention to “Amine”, the DJ and technician, who is very talented and clearly loves what he does.The biggest highlight of my stay, though, was “Toufik and Oussama” at the bars. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude were honestly impressive. No matter how busy the bars got, they stayed calm, worked incredibly hard, and always welcomed guests with a genuine smile. During my entire stay, I never saw them lose their patience or treat anyone differently, even under pressure. They are the kind of employees who leave a lasting impression and make guests want to come back.A big thank you as well to everyone from the restaurant, sports, pool bar, and animation teams for making this holiday so enjoyable.

?????I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent service. A special thank you to Mohamed at the reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.I’d also like to thank Sara from the animation team. She was energetic, friendly, and made the atmosphere so much fun. Her positivity and dedication really made our stay even more enjoyable.Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!
