Location

The hotel is located in the city centre, in front of the port of Casablanca and just a few minutes' walk from the business district. It is also situated behind the medina and offers ideal access to the La Corniche and the Casablanca beach. There is a train station in the immediate vicinity, and bars and restaurants within about 100 m. The great Casablanca Mosque is also only a few minutes' drive away. Casablanca International Airport is around 20 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 26 junior suites, 55 single rooms and 62 double rooms, which are located on 15 storeys and are reachable by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Hotel est fermé définitivement.

    Cet établissement est fermé pour cause de faillite.Une vraie plaie dans le paysage hôtelier de la ville que personne ne pleure.Please note that this hotel has gone out of business.Due to shady business practices and an establsihed reputation for mediocrity, this hotel has finally closed its doors, not one day too soon.

    as with all the other bad reviews we concur. one night was one too many. no air no power no fridge no phone no water no english speaking staff. tried moving rooms 4 TIMES then gave up! one of the new rooms they sent us still still had a man sleeping in the bed!

    The food was very regular, nothing special. The room and the bathroom were dirty no way to control hot water in the shower. Very noisy, staff shouting and slamming doors in the corridors outside the room. Not recommended at all.

    Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

    The person at the front desk would not let me into my room immediately because she was unfamiliar with online booking. She said that the prices online were old and it was going to cost more. After I made a big fuss she finally gave me the key. My friend (a man who was showing me around) was not allowed up and apparently men and women who aren't married can't be in hotel rooms alone together. The hallways smelled of mildew, the tub was completely rusted. Overall I just felt that it was unhygienic staying there. Plus all the rules after I spent MY money to enjoy the room as I please. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room but they would not refund me.

    Wasn't impressed, it was basic, ill-run, noisy and I was woken at 3am by staff shouting and slamming doors in the corridors outside the room. I had expected at least a minimum standard for this hotel but it struggled to reach that even. breakfast was a joke, boiled eggs and stale bread were all I could see that were edible and the range offered less than that offered in a B&B. In all, not really a hotel, more a poor attempt at running one.
