Facility

25 suites are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Overrated and underwhelming hotel

We booked a suite with a balcony and got a room with no balcony, huge wooden posts at the end of the bed which would seriously ruin your stay if you stub your toe as they are difficult to squeeze past. The pool is out of action and there is hammering banging going on for the first two days of our stay. We have been promised a room like we booked but this has not happened yet. Not sure at this moment in time as to how the hotel has a 5 star rating, the staff are pleasant and as helpful as they can be in the circumstances but overall it’s not a great experience. I wish we hadn’t booked this hotelThe tiny pool is out of useNo explanation whyThere is no outside space to sit anywhere in the hotelWe booked a luxury suite with balcony but there isn’t one available Staff are pleasant but not able to helpUnless you like cakes and pastries for breakfast you’ll be disappointed too

This is a lovely hotel. We got a suite. It's very centrally located. Breakfast was amazing though costly.Unfortunately there was some construction going on so the bar was closed and we had much less communal area then expected.

A very nice Hotel in the city centre.....big and clean rooms...even the AC was working very well..in this cold season!...i had two toilets...but the shower/handheld bidet of one toilet was broken and they told me!!! It's normal in the hole hotel to have no sprayer only a nut screw 🤣🤣🤣😳...very painful to use! So I bought one for 3 € in the souk 🤷🏼‍♂️And one guy from the housekeeping helped me to install!...The soundproof windows working not really very well....special if you have a window to the street 😵‍💫!For me the mattress was extremely hard...and the pillows too🤷🏼‍♂️😢...but it's not possible to make all guests happy!Now to the spa...!!!That was the reason I booked the hotel...but this is not a spa at all...SORRY The pool is in a room...3mx3m tooooo small to swim and stinks😷ONE sunbed and 2 chairs in the relaxing area behind the pool...that's all😭....extremely poor!BUT I had two times a very good massage with Hamad??....WOW ❣️ perfect but very expensive! 1H around 70€!...or little more...700mad plus tax🤷🏼‍♂️Restaurant!...Very dark and cosy Restaurant/3times...where you can smoke!!!!!....The food...if it served 🔥hot! absolutely fantastic 👏 👌....two times i gave the mains back coz it was cold...the starters were WOW 👌!Olives and rolls 😋!The service was...very 😔 don't expect anything...if you are not local guests!They powdered the butt××× of Moroccan guests....but Hotelguests were more ignored 🙁!Even for a good tipp🤷🏼‍♂️But coz of the very good food...I will go again!❣️The breakfast was very good too...no buffet but u get all what you need!!!..No descafeinaded coffee is possible....bring ur own!On the end..was a very nice stay...would go again!❣️❣️❣️ Nacer E, at Art Palace Suites & Spa, responded to this review Dear Guest, We were honored to welcome you to Art Palace Suites & Spa and would like to thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review following your stay with us.
