    Nice and clean hotel however make sure ask for room away from the main street very noisy. Horrible breakfast no even have simple things like coffee, good location................................................................................................

    Most bad service and hotel in Morocco

    Do not go to this hotel, consider yourself warned. After calling to ask if they had family rooms that are connected, and being told "yes" by the man at reception, we made our booking. We also sent two messages afterwards, requesting connected rooms. Upon arrival, the same receptionist claimed that the rooms had been given away and would only be available three days later, on December 29. When we explained that we had two small children and couldn't sleep separately, he started behaving rudely. A woman then joined the conversation and tried to help, but stated that there was no solution since the rooms were no longer available. Allegedly, we would receive an upgrade, but even then, our family of four would not be able to stay together. When we asked to cancel the three apartments, the man at reception refused to do so. Over an hour later, the manager got involved. Instead of listening to our concerns, he started yelling and speaking loudly. He wouldn't let us finish explaining and then claimed that there were no connected apartments in the entire building. He became even more aggressive and rude, shouting directly in the face of my 4-year-old daughter, who started crying as a result. It was shockingly rude and unprofessional to treat customers this way. First, they assured us the rooms were available, then failed to deliver, refused to cancel the booking, and even called us liars. After 2.5 hours of discussions, including expensive calls to bol.com, we were finally able to cancel the apartments. If you want to waste your money, experience terrible service, and witness staff screaming in front of your children, this is the place for you. For women, it is absolutely unsafe to stay here.

    Hello, I would like to thank the hotel, the staff, the service that is always there and the security. I would like to express my deep thanks and great gratitude for your wonderful hotel and the excellent service you provided during my stay with you. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were always ready to meet my needs, especially Mohamed, who helped me whenever I needed, and the service was kind and he had a smile. Every time we went down and out of the hotel, he was there to help, and he loved to help the world. He was a respectable person and focused on his work and more. The room and the cleanliness were excellent and fast. I felt very safe and comfortable when I was inside the hotel.
