The Casablanca Twin Centre with its many shops is approximately 5 km from the hotel while the nearest beach is approximately 10 km from the hotel. 4 suites and 61 double rooms are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     It is an old excellent choice in the city center. It is almost close to everywhere. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable. WiFi is good. People are absolutely very friendly and helpful. Totally recommended.

    A stay I won’t forget, for all the wrong reasons

    This hotel was booked for me by a client, and after reading the reviews, I can confidently say I would never have chosen it myself. Unfortunately, the reviews were completely accurate.The front desk staff were utterly disengaged, the hallways were dim, dingy, and dirty, and my room was far from clean (see attached photos). Breakfast was an absolute letdown, the worst I’ve ever experienced, with disgustingly dirty coffee machines (photo included).But the most shocking and embarrassing moment came while I was waiting in the lobby. A man, who I can only assume was the manager or owner, began yelling at staff members in a way I’ve never witnessed before. His outburst was aggressive, unhinged, and completely unprofessional, culminating in him snatching paperwork from their hands and throwing it onto the floor. This kind of behavior is unacceptable on every level. Not only is it degrading to the staff, who, unsurprisingly, seemed utterly demoralized, but it’s also inappropriate to display such behavior in front of guests. If there are issues, they should be handled privately and with respect.So why not a 1-star rating? The doorman was genuinely warm and welcoming, and the room itself, while not spotless, was at least tolerable. But would I ever return? Not a chance. This experience was a stark reminder that a hotel’s treatment of its staff is a direct reflection of its standards and in this case, both were painfully lacking.

    Location was great. I felt like the hotel was old and was not well maintained. The beds were conformable. The bathrooms needed an upgrade. The front desk were not as friendly as expected. My friend and I were facing the main street and we can hear a lot of noise coming from outside. The stairwell to the rooms were dark. Would not recommend this hotel.

    We came down for breakfast paid 200 Durham just to have some old coffee and dry bread. The selection at the buffet was old most items were finished the the staff had no interest in replacing them. Old juice and cheese old eggs everything was really disappointing. What ever you do don’t eat here. It’s an overpriced tourist scam for the value they provide

    1) No Gym (website says yes)2) Dark foyer3) Phone not working4) Reception no response5) Breakfast lousy 6) Laundry not delivered as promised same daya. Next morning promised at 8:00b. Promised at 9:00c. Called at 9:20, promised in 5 minutesd. 9:30 still no laundry!
