  I was put here because Royal Air Maroc delayed my flight into Casablanca and I missed my connection. I never would have spent my own money to stay here. Getting to the room finally at 01:00 AM, had to change rooms because the door wouldn't lock. Filthy carpeting. No in-room safe. Shower head wouldn't stay directed into the shower, so the bathroom and area outside flooded. Breakfast was disgusting. In addition, breakfast ended at 10:00 and they turned off the coffee machine at 10:02, despite the fact that guests are still there. Front desk customer service didn't even know when lunch would be served...which was not until 14:00. Don't spend your money here, and don't let Royal Air Maroc put you here when they make you miss your connection. Service does indeed end at 10:00 AM, which explains the gradual shutdown of equipment at the end of service. Our staff remains available to inform and assist guests regarding procedures and operating hours.Regarding restaurant hours, these are posted and can also be confirmed at reception. We regret that there was a misunderstanding on this matter.We nevertheless thank our customers for their feedback, which allows us to continue to improve the quality of our services and our customer service.

  The room was cramped, airless and hot. The shower floor was very slippery. The breakfast was not palatable. I would highly recommend not staying here if you have a suitcase larger than carry on or if you tend to be claustrophobic. All in all I was happy to get away.

  Dirty carpet and sheets, wouldn’t recommend

  Stayed here as part of a tour group for one night, and while the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty, there were hairs and what seemed like tiny bits of rolled toilet paper in the sheets. The bathroom was the cleanest part of the room, but the water pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was basic but had enough to keep me going until lunch. I wouldn't recommend staying here but it appears many tour companies book this hotel so it’s likely unavoidable.   Unpleasant introduction to Morocco

  This was our first hotel upon arrival in Morocco for a 15 day tour with G-Adventures. As our flight got in the morning, I had written direct to the hotel seeking an early check-in subject to room availability. No response. An e-mail reminder met with the same. We reached the hotel at 1030 am. The reception staff Yassmine was polite but unhelpful, untrained and unwilling. We were told that a check-in before 3 pm was not possible as per policy. We requested her to check with house-keeping which she smilingly refused. We had to leave our bags in the open next to the counter. We finally got our room at 305 pm. I cannot believe that no room was available by 1230 pm or that the house-keeping could not prioritize. This was a terrible welcome to Morocco.
