    Great customer service from Max!

    Great location for access to the train station, mall, jogging, biking or walking. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was reasonable. Online description stated breakfast was included, but you have to pay. Front desk help from Max was 5/5. He was so kind, helpful and available when we needed help. He took the time to show us exactly where to park our car which was much needed. He also had good sense of humor. Thank you Max for making our stay more enjoyable!

    Seemed okay but room was bug infested and management barely cared.

    The place seemed okay at first. Sheets and bathroom looked clean, but the floor obviously hadn't been swept as there was paper debris scattered around. The problem is the very first morning I caught two of what I pray were small roaches scuttling around my room, one of them hid under my backpack. There were at least 4 more dead or dying scattered around the room. I immediately packed up and went down to reception to tell them. The lady at the desk looked concerned at least. There was no way I was staying after that so I asked for a refund and she called who I assume was her boss and they got into a somewhat heated argument and I only ended up receiving 1/3rd of my money back and a curt apology. They say it is the oldest hotel in Casablanca so I sympathise with how hard it must be to maintain but the management is obviously slipping in many ways.

    Clean and simple, excellent value

    I booked here as a walk in (having checked TripAdvisor first) when my pre-booked hotel cancelled due to a flood. Pleased it did. Nice little traditional place, clean and simple with basic facilities but still satellite tv and a kettle in the room and nice balcony views. Incredibly good value on the edge of the medina and just a few mins walk from the station.

    Spent a couple of nights here. The room was well furnished with a nice view overlooking the plaza. The bathroom was cramped with no shower curtains. Although you can’t expect much luxury, the hotel has a nice quaint atmosphere.Location-wise, it’s a 7-minute walk from Port Casa station and right by the entrance to the Medina. The city center and mall are easily accessible by foot and offer value during your stay.They offer laundry service for 70 dirhams for a basketful of clothes. A optional breakfast is also offered for 30 dirhams.

    Came here and stayed in a lovely hotel on the edge of a square. It came with a view of the harbour from a small balcony.The staff were friendly and it was in a good location and a good price, a few bars and shops nearby and with its location made it quite easy to find after trips out
