    The staff were excellent, however the rooms were in very poor condition. Nothing at all like on the pictures the breakfast was horrible lamps broken bathrooms leaking rooms not clean really not a four star hotel. I could hardly give it two stars.The towels were dirty and damaged. The floor was dirty. The carpet was extremely filthy. Smell of cigaretteDefinitely not worth the price you pay for

    The hotel was the biggest frustration as I booked 4-star hotel and did not expect to be shocked. My room was changed after big cockroach was running on a table. Next room had a view to inner yard full of pigeons excriments.Towels did not look fresh. I couldn't sleep as next door TV was too loud and smoke smell came to my room. I complained as I'm a smoke allergic and I can't sleep with loud TV but concierge ignored my complain and they changed a room only after midnight as it was impossible to sleep.Beds in this hotel good and king size. The size of rooms good as well. But smell is bad and the hotel needs renovation and better management. I wouldn't reccomend this place before they exterminate cockroaches, stop letting people to smoke in rooms and start caring of people sleep.Nobody should have too loud TV after 11pm.

    It was a great place to stay in in casablanca I'm very satisfied, it's not expensive at all I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to casablanca Very recommended and also they have good breakfast choices and delicious meals.

    I had a disappointing stay at Hotel Washington.• Internet/Wifi: The wifi was extremely slow, making it difficult to get any work done.• Parking: The parking area is very small, which can be frustrating if you have a car.• Room Condition: I found ants all over the room, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this level.• Reception Area: To my surprise, there were lizards in the reception area, which made it feel very unwelcoming.• Breakfast: The breakfast was just average, nothing special.• Service: The reception staff was not helpful or friendly.• Facilities: The room telephone was not working, making it hard to communicate with staff. Additionally, the door key card often didn’t work, and I had to go down to the reception to get it reactivated multiple times.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the various issues I encountered.

    Someone came into the room at 10:20pm

    Do not stay at this hotel. I was sleeping and around 10:20pm, someone opened the door, stormed into my room and took the key card out of the wall. I went down to the reception to complain and it seems that it was the baggage helping staff of the hotel, Mr. Sabir. The person in the reception, Mr. Samah, cannot explain exactly what happened or why they did it, perhaps because of the language barrier as my french is very basic. Both of them are just smiling and say “sorry sorry” but not actually taking any responsibility. Apparently the baggage helper thought the room was empty. But why did he take the key out of the wall? This shows how badly managed the hotel is and how unsafe it can be. Mr. Samah did not offer any compensation. So ladies and gentlemen, be careful, an actual stranger can actually come into your room at night if you stay here.
