  The hotel was located in a very busy high street with all banks offices and restaurants and cafes which was very noisy even during the night sleeping was somewhat difficult. The general atmosphere of the hotel including decor lounges and staff was good .. however the rooms were not cleaned on time when requested even after leaving the clean my room sign...don't know if they had less staff or something.The beds were just ok not that comfortable especially the pillows which looked outdated and old very uncomfortable to sleep on..The room had no refrigerator no bin for rubbish apart from the small one in the bathroom.. Drinking water was not provided in rooms so had to buy ourselves some mineral water.The breakfast was just ok not very exciting same menu and less choice which spoilt the actual mood as a customer who is staying in the hotel.I have stayed at other ibis styles and have found them much better in terms of breakfast and in room cleaning services.Overall just a.   Best experience this year with ibis, very clean rooms, great services and kind personnel.Great food also. Very comfortable and close to almost everything in the city. They propose multiple services including car rentals and a personnel driver which comes very handy.

  There is no service!Due my direct payment I claimed the staff to send me an invoice to email. It was ignored. I asked two times - after check in and on check out.Overall, I sent an email to provide that. I phoned twice - nobody picked up. Just spent my time and roaming money .Does it look like my money owned by staff?   Another great visit

  This is was my second stay at Ibis Abdelmoumen. Front desk and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. The room was very clean and had street view. The value of the price paid was very reasonable. I don’t agree with people who gives out 1 Star review because of the parking situation. What about everything else about the hotel? This is a small hotel in a busy district of the city. To me as long as the employees are friendly and the room is clean, that’s everything.Keep up the good work guys!See you next year. Morocco Strong!
