    Terrible. More like a 2 star. Dirty, smelly, old, past its glory days. To be avoided at all costs. Rooms and beds are dirty, shower faulty, terrible in house service…….one of our worst hotel experiences ever.

    On the first night of the tour, basic room facilities,continental breakfast in the restaurant on the lobby level. The only difference was the front desk staff was great when checked on Easter Sunday as I lost my bank card and helped me call taxi driver to check the passenger seat and found the card and the driver came back and have the bank card.I’m sure the gentleman was Abdul who checked me in to room 213.Recommended for the employee of the month.

    Disappointing Stay Despite Lovely Staff

    We’ve been here for two days, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating. During our stay, we were moved to three different rooms. The first room wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests checked out, the second room had a non-working air conditioner, and the third room had no towels (again!). It took 6 hours for the staff to get us towels after we asked.Even in the new room we were shifted to today, there were still no towels. It’s clear that there are some serious management and maintenance issues here. However, I do want to note that the staff members have been incredibly kind and doing their best to make up for the lack of proper service. They’ve been friendly and helpful despite the property's mismanagement, which was the only bright spot in this experience.I really hope the property can address these basic issues, as it has the potential to be a great stay if the fundamentals like cleaning, working amenities, and guest needs were better managed.

    Amazing staff. Very friendly. The food was great with various Moroccan dishes. The bed was very confortable ! The hotel is well located if you wanted the downtown vibes.

    I had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel. My vacation with Royal Air Maroc was an opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was spacious and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable—perfect after a long flight from the USA. I also can't forget how delicious and varied the restaurant's buffet was. The hotel's location was an added bonus to an already fantastic stay. It was next to everything we needed. This was my first time visiting Casablanca, and I have already decided that it will be my destination for my next holiday, thanks to the amazing experience at the hotel. I recommend it without hesitation to my friends and to you.Thank you to the staff of the Imperial.
