    It was a wonderful experience!The service is neat , all the rooms are clean and the dining lounge is quite nice. The staff are also very friendly and cheerful, especially the security guard Abd el Aziz.All in all, the hotel deserves a high rating and I'm definitely going back next time.     We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. The rooms were dirty, smelled musty, and felt poorly maintained. On one occasion, believe it or not we were given a key to a room only to find another family resting in bed when we opened the door and when we told the staff they were so cool and ignorant about it. The breakfast area is large, but the service and organization were chaotic and nothing looks clean. I waited at the front desk for clean towels for 15 minutes, and two staff members did not acknowledge us at all. When one staff member finally got off the phone, he walked away without asking how he could help.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and management fell far below expectations.     Stayed in this four stars hotel for two nights in different rooms. The first room is a bit dusty. If you used a tissue to clean up the lamps, it contained dust afterward. In Africa, you will get two single beds in the hotel room. Bell Boys were eagerly helping out on deliver your luggage to your room, the expected tips amount seems higher than some other countries focus on tourism in general. In terms of breakfast, mainly bakery products, eggs and fruits. Could be crowded in the restaurant during morning and enjoy fresh air into the area. The residence buildings around the hotel were classics and interesting. It is North Africa and that is what you come for a tour, right? Stay away from the modern world of stress and pressure, and step into a more nature and unique settings. Morocco's spending for tourists is close to North America's cost, such as meal cost and admission tickets to tourism spots.     Everything is good, but the hotel is a little tired. Our stay was made special by Hickam. He is personable and was very helpful. His suggestions about what to see near by were beneficial. Directions to particular tourist spots were clear and easy to follow.
