  Hotel Majestic Casablanca is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their professionalism and warmth. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, offering a perfect mix of classic charm and modern comfort.The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the heart of Casablanca, making it easy to explore the city. Every detail, from the decor to the service, reflects care and quality. I truly felt pampered during my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and memorable experience in Casablanca.

  My stay at Majestic was truly comfortable. I travelled as a single woman. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Saad and Imane, were highly professional, attentive, and graceful and kind. Their helpfulness greatly enhanced my experience at this hotel. Like I said: professional top! I am grateful Mashallah.Additionally, I truly appreciated their efforts in assisting the animals in the community—they added a special touch to my stay. Even when I left.Thank you my brothers.   Avoid this hotel – terrible experience

  We stayed here for 4 nights and faced constant issues from start to finish. Our first room had ants, barely any TV channels, no remote for the air conditioning, and loud mechanical noise (likely a water pump) switching on and off all night – impossible to sleep.After complaining, we were moved twice. The second room had the same problems. In the third room (on the 1st floor), we had no hot water for nearly two days, a broken safe, and constant noise – loud music from the bar at night and early-morning noise from the breakfast area. We also found ants again, and the liquid soap dispenser was leaking all night. By the next morning, all the soap had drained out onto the floor – total waste, and no one ever came to fix it, even after reporting it.We finally received an A/C remote only after going to reception, where a staff member had to test multiple remotes to find one that worked. Another daily frustration: our room key card stopped working every single day, so we had to go back to reception to get it reactivated.Staff communication was chaotic – every shift acted like they’d never heard about any previous issues. We spent more time chasing solutions than actually relaxing. This hotel was a huge disappointment and completely ruined our holiday. Strongly not recommended.

  Don't stay in Majestic Hotel

  Stayed for 4 nights in two rooms on the 6th floor. there was constant noice of some sort of water pump or motor which kept going on and off the whole night. we had to ask for towers for one room. Room service was done in one room only. No toilet rolls for the 2nd room the next day had to ask for it and got 1 and the receptions promised to supply more later but didn't. the Lift is only for 3 person and we were 4 and needs serious inspection and maintenance. there were fire fighting facilities but the cabinet door for the water pipe opens in the wrong direction and is located in a bit of a corner so in case of fire it would be really difficult to handle it. The beds and bath room were okay for the price and so was the breakfast but for the next time we would rather pay a bit more and stay in a better hotel. The staff were friendly enough for the tip but not more than that. the rooms are just okay but the 6th floor corridor carpet looks seriously filthy and dusty.
