    Had to pay 200 Drh more due to a mistake during the reservation, wich i tried to correct got a message from hotel stating everything was ok. and then had to pay more!!!

    Very disappointing indeed as an introduction to Morocco. The experience started with a surly and unhelpful front desk - no, it was not our fault that the keycard they gave us didn't work. The room was shabby - not a single piece of furniture unscratched or unchipped. The plug in the bathroom sink didn't work. The pipes in the shower overheated to such an extent that my wife was severely burnt when she accidentally touched them.Breakfast was appalling. Two coffee machines, only one of which was working. That was barely working and took minutes to produce a dribble, resulting in a long queue. There were two other machines behind the bar and when I asked a staff member why they couldn't use one of those the only response was a sneer and a grunted "extra charge!".To be fair, the room was large and the hotel is located next to the mosque. These good points came nowhere near to balancing the bad.We had a booking for a second night, but cancelled.

    The room was not prepared as per requested. The walls and ceilings were dirty and two of the blinds were hanging off the rails. There were big night butterflies flying around the room. Sleep was very disturbed. Overall, not so great.

    Perfect location to visit the mosque and walk along the ocean. But it was dusty and we had to kill a least 4 big night butterflies that were flying above the bed when we closed the light to sleep. The curtain couldn't closed perfectly. The neighborhood was a little noisy. The staff was helping as they booked for us a transfer to the airport at 5am and kept our luggage while we arrived earlier the check in and went to visit the mosque. So good staff, good location but room below the standard of hotel of this category.

    The pizzas were not good. The vheese on the pizza wasn’t real cheese. It was very very not good.
