  There are better hotels at the same price around the area. It does look at first like a modern and comfortable hotel, however it is not well-mantained, furniture is cheap. Most of all, it is not sound proof and you get a lot of traffic noise (and smell) from outside inside your room.It was very hard to contact them by phone the day before and even when we were able to contact them the people answering were confusional.   Staff were very friendly. Location was good. The rooms were nice but could use some updating.   I strongly do not recommend this hotel.Our flight to Marseille was cancelled, forcing us to stay an extra night in Casablanca. We booked a room at Relax Hotel, simply hoping to rest before our flight the next day.When we arrived, the hotel refused to let us check in because we did not have a marriage certificate with us, even though we are legally married.We were stranded travelers after a cancelled flight, tired and carrying luggage, and instead of showing any understanding, the hotel staff simply refused us access.No solution.No assistance.No empathy.This shows a complete lack of customer service and basic humanity.If you are traveling as a couple, be aware that this hotel may deny you a room even if you are married, simply because you are not carrying proof of marriage with you.A very unpleasant and humiliating experience.Absolutely not recommended. hotel relax casa voyageur, Service clients/Réception at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs, responded to this review It was our pleasure to have you stay with us.   AVOID as they double charge and lie!

  Avoid at all costs! (Unless you want to pay twice!). Here's what happened to me:When I checked in, I was asked for payment, so I paid by card. I thought I had already paid, so when getting to the room, I checked my online banking, and sure enough, Agoda had taken payment in full back in July. I returned to the reception to have them refund the charge. Unfortunately, they refused to do this and claimed that they hadn't been paid by Agoda. They said that Agoda should refund me, which hasn't happened yet. The reviews for this place are generally good, but if you look for bad reviews on TripAdvisor and Google, you'll see that I'm not the first person they've done this to!I was not allowed to speak to the manager, so told the receptionist that I'd be reporting the matter to the authorities.In addition there were no towels whatsoever in the room. hotel relax casa voyageur, Service clients/Réception at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   It was a fine stay. It was super short for us since we checked in at 11pm and left early after breakfast. The staff was friendly. The room was OK. Dark lighting, not entirely clean, bed was comfortable but it has super weird lumpy pillows. Nice bathroom but the shower door leaked water on the floor. Nice shower temp and pressure. Good storage.
