Location

The hotel is located on the famous boulevard, next to the beach (about 200 m away) and the main activities of the city of Casablanca. Ain Diab is just 200 m away, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are to be found less than 400 m from the hotel and the Hassan II. Mosque is 1 km away. It is approximately 1.5 km to the old town.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 182 rooms and 12 suites. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     The location is convenient, atmosphere is peaceful the rooms are very clean and quiet with quality sleep.Good value for money.

    Althought we arrived very late wide choice of dinner buffets served . Stayed only one night, clean room , very nice breakfast with well done croissant , no drinking water in the rooms . TV Local and other TV channels .Nice hotel is highly recommended

    Nice hotel in Casablanca with spacious rooms and balconies overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and dinner were good, friendly staff and quite decent prices for white and red wine! Excellent quality bath cosmetics! Pity we only stayed for one night!

    this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The Hotel was short of most things, towels, tea spoons of all things, lack of competant staff you name it it didn't work. Breakfast was lacking in variety as was the bar. Not somewhere to spend time.

    Disappointed,I stayed in this hotel due more than week, I travel world wide, never had bad experience similar than this one, if there is less than 0 star review , i will give it to this hotel. The reception stuff males and females are very rudes, mold and bad smells in the rooms,air conditioner and fridge are not working, the water at the shower is very slow not enough to remove the soap, the cleaners are very slow and looks onlyl for tips to provide you the towels. Any small service I ask for, take a lot of time to respond , very bad this behaviors, I don't like it. I never recomand anyone to come to this hotel. They need a lot of work to do .I never see any manager around. When I ask for one, he's always not there or at the meeting or at lunch, or he 's not today . Disappointed. I hope the management consider this review and make an effort to improve the quality of service to this hotel. Location is great other than that nothing work properly.
