    Bad experience . Roaches and no toilet tissue

    2 live Roaches n bathroom one day after another . 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 3 people ( family hotel suite ) and we went Toen to ask for more toilet paper but they never brought any up so I ended up using Kleenex to wipe . The pregnant lady never looked at the customers in the eyes and never said hello . Very rude and not welcoming . I told them about the Roaches and showed them on video . They said nothing about it and said nothing about the toilet paper not brought up to us . Not an apology . Nothing . But vey quick to charge $500 usd for 2 days . Don’t come here

    We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. They were very friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! Windows open to the outside. There was a small refrigerator with a small freezer compartment that allowed us to make ice with bottled water. The best part was the included breakfast. Personally made each of us a fresh cheese omelette. Then a plate with cucumbers, croissant, pancake , cake, cornmeal bread, and half of a sandwich. The fresh juices were delicious ( orange and carrot). The hotel scheduled a taxi for us. A piece of our luggage was accidentally left in the cab which we didn’t notice when we got to the train station. We called the hotel and they were able to find the cab driver and get it delivered to the train station. Very clean and nice.     Worst nightmare! Friendly advice: Stay away!

    Staying at the Suite Hotel Casa Diamond has been a nightmare to be generous! We had booked two Superior Executive Suite Balcony rooms for our 4 people family - two adults, two teenagers. When we arrived, we were told by the front desk person that they did not have two Superior Executive Suite Balcony rooms so they have upgraded one of our rooms to Superior Privilege Suite Balcony. The Superior Executive Suite Balcony room was on the 9th floor and the Superior Privilege Suite Balcony was on the 8th floor. We said ok, if they have upgraded us, we can’t really complain. Well that turned out to be a lie because the Superior Privilege Suite Balcony turned out to be not a suite at all! It was a regular room. So I came down to the front desk and got it changed back to the Superior Executive Suite Balcony room which all of a sudden, had become available on the 4th floor but required cleaning that would take 20 min. We were dead tired from our travel and wanted to take a nap but had to wait for the new room to be ready. Once it was, we moved all of our stuff that we had partially unpacked, to the new room. I realized that there were snacks in the room on the 9th floor but not on the one on the 8th floor. In the multiple times I had to come to the front desk to facilitate the change, I asked why was that. The lady at the front desk told me that snacks were provided to rooms that are on floor 8 or higher! I was shocked. I told her that it was not my ask to get a room on the 4th floor; they assigned one to me and that if the type of room is the same, how can the amenities be any different? I am paying the same for both rooms, aren’t I? She didn’t have any satisfactory response to this but I was so tired at this point that just went upstairs and slept. In the evening, we realized the heater was not working in the room on the 4th floor. We kept calling the reception but no one picked up so when we came down to get some dinner, we told the front desk person that the heater was not working. He said he could not send a technician to the room until we were there so we said ok, we can have it fixed when we return. When we came back, we asked for the technician to be sent to the room. It took a couple of revisits to the reception and 20 min for the technician to show up. During my visits to the front desk the person kept saying that it’s working. Finally, the technician came and said you just have to wait for 5 min and the heater will restart. I waited for 15 min. When nothing happened, I went downstairs again to get the technician back. This time, a second technician came and said the heater cannot be fixed right now and it will have to be done in the morning. We are supposed to be checking out in the morning so that’s of not use to us. So I went back downstairs to get a different room. This time we were told there were no rooms available. When I asked to speak with the manager, a room became available although, not quite the same as the one we had originally booked but a smaller suites and on the first floor. I am worried it will be really noisy on the first floor in the morning but at this point I just need to sleep or my head will explode! All in all, the whole experience has left a sour taste. Many have left positive reviews but our experience has been a total nightmare. We will be talking to the manager in the morning who cannot be contacted in the night no matter how bad the experience of a customer has been. Their precious rest must never be disturbed. I am not interested in apologies and a promise to do better next time, unless the manager personally guarantees it. I have the same hotel booked for a few days later. I will be looking for alternate accommodation for sure! My advice, pay a little more if you have to but stay away from Suite Hotel Casa Diamond.     Great Location, But Service Was a Big Disappointment

    I spent one night at the Diamond Hotel, which is right in the heart of Casablanca — the location is great and everything is close by. But there were a couple of things that really bothered me.First, the bellman grabs your bags and then just stands there waiting for a tip. I don’t mind tipping when I choose to, but the way he waited and stared made the whole situation uncomfortable. If I want to give a tip, I’ll give it — I don’t need someone pressuring me.Second, we requested the hotel car for our airport transfer, expecting a clean, proper hotel vehicle.     Stayed here for 3 nites in a lovely suite and service was awesome, the room was gorgeous and highly recommend the place. The receptionist Otrmone was very helpful as was the doorman Hosine. Would definitely recommend this beautiful boutique hotel .
