39 rooms, including 3 junior suites, 2 suites, 12 single rooms and 17 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The business hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The business hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

    I have stayed in this hotel multiple times in the last 12 months, and, altough the public area could do with some maintenance and repair and the breakfast is not super, the well accomodated rooms, friendly staff and location, used to make up for that. However my recent experience (end of February 2026) was horrible. I have stayed in hotels during Ramadan before and for guests the service was always available. Apparently this is not the case in the Villa Blanca. Upon arrival on Wednesday late evening, I was informed that breakfast would be served in the room, and would be a fixed plate (no other choice): eggs, pan cake, 2 rolls, 2 croissants, yoghurt, coffee and juice. More than sufficient, but eating this 3 mornings in a row, without having another option might not be for everyone. Arriving back in the room in the evening of Thursday, after a day in the warehouse in the port, I asked at what time the hotel restaurants would open (after Iftar), and was simply told that all restaurants were closed. When asking about room service for dinner instead I was informed that there was no room service for dinner and I should find something to eat outside the hotel. That, plus the fact that each morning I had to call reception to remind them of the breakfast I ordered and was not delivered on time (travelling for business means you have a schedule to keep), makes me conclude this was a bad B&B at best, this time. The problem is that they do not mention the reduced (almost non-existing) service at the time of booking. They pretend everything to be business as ussual, and will charge you their ussual 5 star rate for your accomocation. Conclusion: this was a rip-off, steeling money with Ramadan as excuse. Totally unacceptable!!!!

    Villa Blanca Urban Hotel is a beautiful place with stunning ocean views right on Casablanca’s Corniche. The staff are very professional and helpful, always ready to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. A wonderful choice to enjoy Casablanca in style.

    I stayed for 9 nights. The room was dated and needed lots of small maintenance work. The sink was blocked and the toilet roll holders were broken etc.The rooms are above a noisy nightclub so not very restful.Don't take anything from the minibar as it's is way too expensive.Would never go back even if it was free

    The hotel has many features that make it a fantastic location to stay.- Amazing location at the beach/corniche, which allows for convenient trips to sightseeing spots such as the Hassan II Mosque.- Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds, some having a balcony with nice beach views.- Wide selection of restaurants and bars within the hotel, including a beach-view bar, and a very nice French restaurant.- Reasonable price given the location.Simultaneously, there are some features that are unforgivable.- Most prominently, the noise from the nightclub below, which runs until the early morning, and makes it difficult to sleep.Despite this being a long-running problem (as it seems from earlier reviews), the staff and management have not taken any meaningful steps to address it. Yes, the window is double-glazed, but this doesn't help very much. Moreover, they do not make this clear in either their official website, or Booking.com, such that guests will find out only after their first night of (non-)sleep. Management could have arranged for low-cost palliatives, such as offering ear plugs at the reception desk; however, when I asked, the desk said they did not offer any.- Some obvious amenities are missing. For example, the rooms do not have a kettle and the staff won't bring one if you ask. This is strange given that there are tea bags in each room. How are we to make tea without a kettle?!Final verdict2/5. This may seem unduly harsh given the positive points, but I believe that the first priority of any hotel should be to allow its guests a comfortable night of sleep. The location, room design and restaurant choice cannot make up for this. Furthermore, the lack of consideration given to the noise issue is astonishing, especially given the number of prior guests who have complained about it.

    Very bad experience, old hotel, staff are very rood, noisy night club below the hotel, so you can't sleep during the night, they have thrown my false teeth in the trash and they said we are just sorry. Staff who would like tips for doing nothing
