    Unforgettable Experience at Mazagan

    rating04 Jun 2026

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our 12-day stay at Mazagan Resort was one of the best experiences of our lives. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.A special thank you to Rabab at reception for a wonderful check-in and to Sara, who was always helpful throughout our stay. At concierge, Mohammed and Hadi went above and beyond, helping with transportation, excursions, and even accompanying me to the resort doctor when I fell ill. They truly treated us like family. The security team, bell staff, and everyone at the entrance were always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The dining experience was exceptional. Chef Hamza and the restaurant teams introduced us to Moroccan cuisine with such passion and warmth. We enjoyed almost every restaurant in the resort, and each meal was memorable. Many people say you must visit Marrakech, Casablanca, and Rabat to experience Morocco, but thanks to Mazagan's restaurants and hospitality, I feel I experienced the very best of Morocco right here.A special mention to the staff serving Moroccan tea. I am not normally a tea drinker, yet I found myself enjoying countless cups throughout our stay. Their warmth and hospitality turned a simple cup of tea into one of my favorite memories.Thank you to our housekeeper, Iman Ouazil, who kept our room spotless and comfortable every day with remarkable dedication and kindness. The Kids Club team deserves the highest praise. Iram, Imane, Abdelazim, and the entire team took wonderful care of our daughter, keeping her engaged, active, and happy with almost no screen time during our stay. As parents, that was priceless. What makes Mazagan truly special is its people. Every employee we met was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. Thank you for the unforgettable memories—we cannot wait to return. Jacques Claudel, General Manager at Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you sincerely for your exceptional and heartfelt feedback, as well as for your trust. We are truly delighted to know that your 12-day stay was filled with such memorable and meaningful moments. It is especially rewarding to hear that you felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout your entire experience.Your appreciation of the attentive service and personalized support you received, even during unexpected moments, means a great deal to us.We are thrilled that our culinary experiences allowed you to fully embrace the richness and authenticity of Moroccan culture. It is equally gratifying to know that simple yet meaningful touches, such as traditional tea service, created lasting memories. We are pleased that your comfort and well-being were consistently ensured, contributing to a relaxing and seamless stay.Your kind words about the family experience, particularly the engagement and happiness of your child, are deeply appreciated.Creating enriching and screen-free moments for our younger guests is something we value greatly.Above all, your recognition of our people as the true heart of the resort is the greatest compliment we could receive. We are honored that you arrived as guests and left feeling like part of our family. We very much look forward to welcoming you back for another unforgettable experience.Kind regardsJacques ClaudelGeneral Manager
