The hotel looks very impessive. Very spacious room with comfortable bed and dated bathroom. Fluorescent lamp was broken and mirror was rusty. Shower curtain disgrace. TV didn't work, i tried to set it up myself but it said poor signal.Sunny afternoon by the pool saved the day, unfortunately very cold water.Everybody in the hotel was very nice.

This hotel was part of our Moroccan bus tour. At first glance, the property was impressive. Then we got to the room. Very outdated. The windows would not lock which in my opinion was a personal safety concern. Shower head was broke and the bathroom dirty. Food was just ok. Staff were alright. If we returned on our own this would not be a hotel we would stay in.

Visited during the off-season. My family were the only clients at the hotel. Our experience was similar to others. Grounds and pool area were lovely. Service was great. Hotel is not near anything, but staff will assist in getting a car to sights, including the desert. I manage my expectations when visiting a hotel near a desert. Can't expect greatness. Rooms were clean. Decor was fine. Room was spacious enough. Has a couch. I liked that the toilet and bath were 2 separate rooms, but sink is with the shower, which defeats the purpose, IMO. Agree with others, toiletries are not great. Has a lot of potential.

Huge exterior, skimpy basic interiors

Perfect for a night's stay. Basic room, paint peeling off at various places. Basic furniture, although there was a huge comfortable sofa. Just a single charging point. The bathroom was absolutely basic, with a soap that you wouldn't even use to wash your carpets even. (bring your own toilettries).The buffet dinner costs you Euro 15 per person and it was a very nice spread, compared to the fact that the other hotel are charging a hand and foot for the in-house dinner.Breakfast is just very basic, no hot foods, just an assortment of worthless breads with flavoured juice (not real fruits juice), an coffee/tea.Hardly worth the price.

Very pleasant hotel with excellent service. Large and well kept grounds, Pretty garden with lots of flowers and plants, surrounding an attractive pool area. Spacious rooms dotted around in little villas, comfortable beds. Amicable staff and very good food, evening buffet and a la carte. Recommended
