Worst hotel I’ve been at.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We stayed for only one night, and the problems started from the moment we entered the room. The reception did not inform us that the air conditioning was not working at all.When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell, the room was not properly clean, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The weather was very hot, and without air conditioning it was extremely uncomfortable. We opened the window, but hardly any air came into the room.On top of all this, we discovered bed bugs. We immediately complained, and the staff changed our room. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems with cleanliness and bad smells, so we had to change rooms again.The third room was cleaner than the first two, but by that time it was already around 3:00 AM. I had to move three times during the night with my three children, which was extremely exhausting and stressful.I want to mention that the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was eventually given a refund. However, the whole experience was very disappointing and seriously affected our stay and our plans. I am writing this review so that other guests know what happened and can make an informed decision before booking this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The entire team was warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience truly special.A special mention has to go to Lahcen, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests really stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made me feel incredibly welcome from start to finish.It’s rare to come across such consistently excellent service, and this hotel has clearly built a brilliant team. I’ll definitely be returning!

Initially booked 1 night, this was based on good value, quality of room, and the warm welcome from Hamza reception staff. VERY HELPFUL, CURTEOUS I WOULD RETURN due to his attitude alone.

Very disappointing experience

This hotel is not worth the money paid. It’s located far from the beach, which was a major inconvenience.The rooms are extremely small, with tiny windows — overall, the atmosphere felt cramped and unpleasant.Also, the hotel looks nothing like the photos shown on Booking — very misleading.To make things worse, we found a spider in the room upon arrival.I would not return and definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We came with our children for a day pass at this hotel to use the pool facility. Hotel over charged us, requiring we pay $95 US dollars to just sit by the pool (we had three adults and 5 kids). We relented and paid this exorbitant amount as we walked very far and were quite tired by the time we arrived. After paying such an incredible price, the hotel refused to even give us enough towels for the kids, even though there were hardly any people in the pool. Judging from just the pool experience, I can only imagine the horrible experience if we stayed here overnight. I would advice others to seek other hotel and pool options if they wish to have a positive experience in this area.
