Location

The hotel is located in Mohamed V Boulevard, facing out onto the sea. It is 5 minutes' walking distance from the bus station. The airport is approximately 15 minutes away and a shuttle service and taxis are available.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 8 suites, 49 single rooms and 60 double rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available.     Great Location but Renovation Work is a Minus

    This hotel will be great once the major renovation construction is completed but until then it is a four star experience. The new pool area is beautiful and the modern rooms are nice though not big (typical hotel room size). I liked the decor of the new rooms. Our rooms faced the side street with a partial ocean view and a full-on view of the construction debris. They were jack hammering early and loading debris as late as 8:30pm!The location is great - across from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Medina. The breakfast buffet was solid. Finally I need to comment on the service of a couple of the front desk staff. I don't know if they went to Paris to get trained in "French customer service" given this is a French chain but it was stunning in how they responded to a simple request for a second chair for our balcony. They felt it better to argue with the customer on why they couldn't do so then to just fulfill this easy request. Unbelievable.     What a beautiful gem of a hotel! You cannot go wrong with staying here. Wonderful service. Everyone is warm, helpful, and friendly. Just a short walk from the Medina. Great restaurant and bar (stays open late). I saw reviews about the construction but it was a non-issue! I highly recommend is place if you are in Essaouria.
