    A room with a view - and exceptional service

    This delightfully quirky hotel is located just inside the walls of the medina in Essaouira. We had booked a room which had its own private terrace overlooking the ocean and it was a lovely airy place just to sit and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this room, called Cherifa (I think). I was a bit dubious about the shower in the bath, which you had to step down into, but it wasn't nearly as hard to negotiate as it looked. Breakfast was particularly good - the most delicious orange juice, freshly squeezed, excellent breads and a really good omelette. The staff were uniformly courteous and exceptionally helpful - especially when I left behind a phone case with some vital cards in it.

    We spent our honeymoon's Essaouira leg in this property and it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, with the best view on the old port.The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfasts are delicious and plentiful - more like a brunch, served with the best mint tea in Morocco. The room was spot clean, quiet at night and very comfortable.And the restaurant next to the hotel is one of the best table in Essaouira.     Lovely relaxing riad

    We stayed here for 5 nights and found it to be comfortable and very welcoming. The views from the shared terrace were wonderful and it was a great place to sit and have breakfast and drinks.The reception staff were very kind and helpful.Their restaurant next door is beautifully decorated and a great place for dinner.     Wished I had stayed longer. This hotel is perfectly situated close to everything. Very modern with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach. Could be a little noisy if you had to get up early the next day. My room overlooked the alleyway which gets busy at night. Room was spacious, very clean and modern. I especially loved the light blocking curtain. My shower was interesting. The bath/shower was exposed to the room which made it very cold. With no curtain or glass, water was everywhere. I absolutely loved the shower gel, and lotion! Felt so amazing on my skin. Wish I’d bought some. Had a wonderful brekkie on the terrace. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating Madada, at Madada Mogador, responded to this review Our team strive to create a warm and elegant atmosphere and your words mean a lot to us.     A perfect stay in the Mogador Suite – highly recommended!

    We stayed in August as a family of four in the Mogador Suite, and it was absolutely ideal – spacious, stylish and met all our needs.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed on the beautiful roof terrace. It quickly became our favourite spot – peaceful, relaxing, and the breakfast served there was delicious every morning.The location is spot on: tucked away in a quiet street just outside the Medina walls, near the port and beach. It felt calm yet close to everything.A special mention for Le Table restaurant attached to the property – the food was outstanding, the atmosphere buzzing, and the service top-notch.This boutique riad offers great value, friendly service and a truly relaxing vibe.
