    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ David, you absolute legendCame to Prague with friends and honestly The Mozart was the perfect base for it. The location is just unbeatable — everything we wanted to see and do was right there, which when you’re navigating a new city with a group makes such a difference.But the real highlight was the staff, and specifically David. This guy went above and beyond every single time we had a question or needed help with something — and with a group of us there were plenty of requests! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always came through. The kind of person who genuinely makes your trip.The rest of the team were brilliant too, but David deserves his own shoutout. If he’s working when you check in, consider yourself lucky.Would absolutely come back, and would 100% stay here again. Prague is incredible and The Mozart made it even better. Highly recommend! 🙌

    The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying. The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean. The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. Excellent value, and excellent experience. Highly recommend.

    One of our best European hotel experiences. Celebrated our 35th anniversary and two big birthdays over 5 days there. Perfect location, scenic in every direction, friendly staff, extensive breakfast buffet. Shout-outs to Allan the concierge who recommended 2 excellent veggie restaurants & 2 concerts - & server Marianna, who greeted us each morning with warmth, humor, & attention to our every need. Highly recommended.
