Staff fabulous couldn't fault them so friendly and helpful. Clean towels every day. Hotel very pretty and clean and also very traditional, good location in the lanes and less than 10 mins walk to beach, Breakfast was very good. beware there is no bar or facilities to have or make a drink. the only negative is: we found our room clammy and everything felt damp when we returned of an evening and when we returned home and opened our case the contents smelt musky. No windows or balcony so nowhere to hang damp beach wear. If you haven't been to this part of Morocco before it can be chilly to cold of an evening so jacket recommended.

Gorgeous and central riad, nice staff!

Wonderful riad in the heart of Essaouira's Medina. It was really pretty, centrally located, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Not too expensive either. The breakfast was good, in that gorgeous atrium, with a fire going, very cosy. I was sharing the room with two friends, one a snorer, so didn't sleep well, but not their fault. Bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom got very wet all over when anyone took a shower.

Had such a lovely stay at Riad Al Khansaa - everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A perfect location in the medina of Essaouira, and a beautiful building. The breakfast was wonderful and very generous. I would definitely return!

Lovely Riad within the old walled medina!

We had a wonderful week's stay at Riad Al Khansaa. Breakfast every morning was substantial, with lovely fresh orange juice and plenty of breads and jams. The rooms were kept clean and we found the bed extremely comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring the walled medina itself and access to the beaches was also within a few minutes walk. The staff were amazing, particularly our new best friend Omar, who was ever present and exceptionally helpful. It was a brilliant experience and we will look forward to going back for another visit.

Beautiful Riad , breakfasts were amazing , the place itself really beautiful , traditional with the winding stairs and glass dome , the owners were so helpful felt like I was part of their family and of course Mangum , what a wonderful caring man , nothing was too much trouble , walked with me or taxied wherever I needed to go so I wouldn't get lost ?? , the food ?? the art and music - Fell in love with Essaouira, can't wait to go back
