A beautifully decorated Riad with a need to revise their rooms & services to welcome more visitors in the future.

    rating01 Mar 2026

Location was very good to access most sites. Atmosphere on arrival was a bit cool, unwelcoming. No information given unless requested. The rooms although lavishly decorated, did not have any extras such as fridge, water bottles, flannel cloths, the toiletries were very commercial. No window views except for road below and building across. Value for the money was ok considering we were near the centre and the waterside. The room was cleaned everyday, but sheets were not always changed. We were there 5 days. No extra water bottles left. The Riad was clean overall. The restaurant Breakfast food was good, but the service was always a bit rushed and not as attentive or welcoming. The Reception was not very warm and welcoming. The noise level was fine. The services provided by the Hamman masseuses were excellent. Will return in future but only for the Hamman massage (maybe)

I was concerned on getting fungus in the hamman

    rating14 Jul 2025

We only went for the hamman we are a family of 5, 2 tennage girls and one boy , we pay for 5 and They put us all in the same small room girls half naked… I had to tell them thsat we need to be separated between my husband and son and my daughters and myself apparently they just wanted to finish fast.:. I can’t believe they just wanted to do the hamman in the same small room girls half naked with a very tiny transparent underwear… in a place that look nothing clean, it look dirty I just hope we didn’t got something fungus or something else look vry dirty do not recommend paying 300 dollars for the whole family at this dirty place. I just can understand how the put us all together they didn’t care when they are very conservative in exposing body parts they didn’t care mixing all family together males and females…

    Dissapointing

    rating05 Apr 2025

The riad is beautifully ornate and from the outset extremely luxurious- the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The location of the riad is close and walkable to local restaurants, streets and the beach. However, noise levels were extremely loud. The noise started at 08:00 with cleaners and continued until 22: 45 hours. There was never a point when the riad was peaceful. I appreciate it was Ramadan and a huge religious and cultural celebration. But the staff never addressed loud guests and screaming children. If you cannot bare door slamming BEWARE!!!On one occasion I had to go to reception and ask them to ask a family to silence their screaming child at 22:30 hrs! I appreciate riads echo and have poor sound proofing but this was at times unbearable. When you've committed to stay somewhere for 4 nights, to celebrate a week away- why would you not want peaceful, harmonious surroundings?? The breakfast was so disappointing- considering there was a restaurant in the riad for guests, the options for breakfast was bland. Multiple options of dry bread, boxed jam and a fried egg which is advertised as an omelette. The only pleasant part of the breakfast was the fresh juice. The coffee was poor and luke warm too. On two consecutive days I had to ask for pepper to be put in the pepper shaker, then got gaslit by the waiter who shook it upside down and tried to tell me there was pepper in it!!?? The apathy of staff was very obvious- most looked incredibly bored and tired. This doesn't inspire guests whatsoever.

    A 2 night stay

    rating11 Feb 2025

I cannot comment on many of the reviews which are about a Spa visit though our experience of the Riad was good and perfectly comfortable for a 2 night short stay. Service was friendly and helpful and prices include breakfast which is adequate. Our room had a walk in shower, large comfortable bed though lacked decent seating. If I was staying longer I would book a larger room. Prices are competitive and it is ideally positioned at the edge of the medina and a short walk to the Supatours stop and coaches to Marrakesh.
