    Great location. Atm, laundry and currency exchange (with the best rates) right outside the hotel. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hair dryer, toiletries provided. Breakfast was just okay. Croissants and yogurt. Coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant.

    Hotel ok for a night but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Staff friendly though many couldn’t speak English. Food wasn’t good shame they don’t cook local dishes. Swimming pool was out of action on the top floor. Bar had a Moroccan singer and band, bit seedy full of local men so felt like a pick up joint.

    3rd floor room. Serviced by two lifts. Clean room and reception area. Light room with good bathroom and walk-in rain shower. Air con ok. Insufficient electric plug points near mirror (for wife/hair). Dinner (A La carte) was good. Said - head waiter was best hotel staff member we have met in 3 hotels in Morocco so far. Breakfast buffet was also very pleasant. Happy to return here.

    This was another good hotel during our adventure trip in Morocco. Very good location, across from bank with ATM and money exchange. Close to small shops, cafes and pharmacies. Within walking distance of a big shopping centre with a Carrefour where you can find almost everything you need. Part of this store (but outside) was a small outlet where you can buy beer and wine. Rooms were very good, spacious and very clean. Big bathroom with shower or bathtub, and of course a bidet. Warm (not hot) water with medium water pressure. Bathroom fan seemed on its last legs, sending out cries for help with a grinding, metallic sound. Very friendly and helpful staff, both at reception and in the breakfast room. Good breakfast, even if on the second day croissants and chocolate buns were not as fresh. You can have eggs made to order. No problem with street noise. Rooms have fridges, but no safe. We had two adjoining rooms, one of which had a big balcony. Very good housekeeping. Disappointed that the pool was closed due to construction, but this has to be done at some point in time. We had laundry done and got everything back within three hours. Recommended.

    Reasonably pleasant but room for improvement

    I spent 6 nights at this hotel last December-2022.The hotel is conveniently located in the Ville Nouvelle and close to a large shopping mall.The room was large,clean and serviced daily.The hotel however was disappointing in a number of ways.When I arrived maintenance work was being carried out in the reception area and this created a poor first impression.The roof top swimming pool was " closed for maintenance "and this was a big disappointment as it was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel.Some staff members were friendly-I want to mention in particular Mohammed at reception who handled check-in very efficiently and was very helpful throughout my stay.That was not the case however with all staff members,one of whom had the audacity to tell me that I was saying " Thank you "too frequently....!!!!Service at breakfast was,at times,somewhat casual and this resulted in my decision to have breakfast instead at another hotel nearby....I cannot recommend this place.... There must be better options elsewhere.
