Location

This hotel is situated in a residential district on the outskirts of Fez' new town just a few minutes walk from the city centre and countless tourist attractions. The main train station is just 2 km from the hotel and transfer to Fez airport, which lies approximately 10 km away, takes roughly 20 minutes.

Facility

249 rooms and 17 suites are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by a lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     This hotel is what it advertises to be. In a central location it offers comfortable rooms. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The service in general was outstanding. Breakfast room was crowded but staff ready to help anyone. Very pleasant experience altogether!     This hotel is well located. Was clean & tidy, but you can always find dirt if you try. Staff were friendly & helpful. View from restaurant on 13th floor is amazing. Very competitively priced. Only one gripe which does echo that of others. Tea & coffee making facilities were sub-par. Paper cups which you had to request on a daily basis. Only a small thing but it would make a big difference.
