    Was a pleasure to be in Tghat hotel the rooms cleanse and specially the staff more professional and helpful, my guests and me we were very happy and satisfied.

    It is really a very wonderful hotel and they have an excellent restaurant and the rooms are big and very well equipped and the staff are wonderful and friendly it is really a wonderful hotel

    In the bathroom the dustbin lid not working and not attached and most importantly Siphon Flush doesn’t working ; disgusting.Breakfast standard. Street noise all night long.Wifi is magic ; one for the reception and one for the room , funny ; not practical.Mattress and pillows ; stones are better.They took your luggage at the reception and write your room number “with a chalk” on it , if you do not want to be chalked put a paper on your luggage so that they could write your room number

    This hotel was great. It's the only Tghat in the city of Fes. The service was great, from beginning to end. It was unfortunately raining when I went to Morocco so didn't get the best experience outside of the hotel so that being said the hotel staff was some of the best I ever had traveling. When I had to change rooms they had no problem giving me a better room. The rooms was super huge and they made me feel like a King and welcomed to their beautiful country. I am for sure going back to Morocco and I want to say thank you BADER THE MANAGER ,and the staff at breakfast and the rest of the staff that help me at my stay.

    Even ons star is not fair, very cold service, dirty room, TV is old and doesn't work, no water to drink and dirty towels. Reception didn't care about your stay. I will never come back. Very disappointing hotel, if you are coming to Fez please do yourself and do not book it.
