  A very good hotel and well located in the centre with many places to eat and easily accessible taxis.The hotel staff are very helpful and we was very early before the check in .One of the managers Ibtissaam, she helped us to check early as we had an early morning flight. She also was very helpful with good advice on where to go and what to do. Ask for her she is always at the reception Desk.The pool is very clean and close to roomsThere is rooms facing the pool alsoRooms are cleaned dailyThe hotel has a huge reception.   Me and my friend stayed at Hotel Vollubilis for 3 days. The hotel is a chill hotel where you can find an outside area that has a pool which is cold and in this hot weather you like to see that. The rooms are nice but for me the only thing missing was at least some water in the refrigerator. Air conditioner was working fine. The furniture is not new but there’s nothing you can be desperate about. The breakfast was more than we expected, it had a chef that was making omelettes with any ingredient you want and the buffet had quite some choices. The hotel is really nice if you’re coming to Fez and want to travel around Fez. It’s 10 minutes away from old Medina which costs you 10 DH which is 1€. (don’t get overcharged) If you’re just coming for the hotel you might get bored inside because except the pool we couldn’t find anything to do.   Horrible place, how it’s possible to put 4*, I don’t understand Nothing in the room, safe did not work, no kits for private use, no even waterThe rooms are very oldNothing to eat at the breakfast, people are not really friendly, trying to charge everything what is possibleEven for water at the breakfast they wanted to charge….   The worst experience

  As a 4 stars hotel this hotel was out of standards no staff around very hard to find assistant in the pool I haven’t seen nothing like that no lifeguard even there is a kids below 6 years are swimming no enough tables we had to keep our coffee and water in the grass, pool cleaning system the product they use was mix in a pot and dropping it directly to the water front of all the gust,We cannot order from the pool we have to walk to ask all the management if we can order in the pool and to get assistance to change the pool-bed somewhere else. Answer I got there is no one in the pool you have to do it by your self.In the room there is no drinking water or tea and coffee, the furnitures in the room are very old I think 1999 or 2 starts hotel.Clearly we can see that there is no sequence of service for 4 starts hotel.   Good quality mid range hotel let down by staff

  The hotel is clean and well presented however the service if you want food or drinks outside of formal lunch or dinner hours is terrible. I had to wait over 30 mins just for a tea and bottle of water and only got that by complaining to the manager. His response was that this was because the bar was not open!
