  Terrible. The breakfast room is for 20 persons, hotel has 200 rooms. The room is not clean and old.   Clean and cozy room, exquisite staff, especially Mustafà! Polite and polite, very helpful. The only criticism the breakfast was not to my liking. Nothing fresh, everything packaged. Unfortunately, the juice was not even fruity but commercial. Otherwise perfect!   We stayed at this hotel from 21/12 - 30/12/2025. We felt welcomed wholeheartedly by all the staff particularly Mustafa, Samir, Anowar and the gentleman and the young lady at the reception (my apologies for not recalling your names). They were professional yet friendly and genuinely accommodating. We had most of our meals at the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only deliciously but also quite healthy and nourishing.Room service staff were helpful and efficient.Delightful experience.
