Lovely breakfast, attentive and friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Shower was excellent and worth it after a long day trawling the medina! Would recommend

OK Hotel But Don't Have The In-house Hammam!

Unfortunately my stay here was ruined by the very expensive in-house hammam.The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was OK but massed produced for the large tours they cater for. As an example it was the only place in Morocco that did not supply fresh OJ but reconstituted juice instead and the pastries were stale.What really let the place down was the hammam. Mostly it was the fault of the manager who booked us in. Instead of saying they were full, she took our money and slotted us in. This caused a jam which delayed the massage, so after the black soap, sauna & scrub which was enjoyable, they left us in a cold Jacuzzi for over 90 minutes while we waited on the massage. While we waited the girls doing the hammam who were lovely, showered themselves and washed the tools that had been used on us making me realise they had shared everything with multiple guests including hairbrushes and exfoliating mitts and simply washed them in hot water ( no detergent) at the end ready for reuse the next day! When we finally said we cannot handle the jacuzzi any more ( I was already dubious about the cleanliness of the tub) we were complete prunes and one lady broke out in a rash. I was the last customer and after my shower they put me in a damp robe which I think someone else had worn. The massage was pathetic. I don't think the towels I laid on were fresh. I don't blame the masseuse though, she had probably already worked a 12 hour shift and then had to work an extra 2 hours to get through the clients the greedy manager should never have booked in. Thankfully I got the opportunity to experience another hammam in Marrakech which was wonderful . Here each person was supplied with their own mitt to take home.

When i entered the hotel the atmosphere was so beautiful,the hotel is very clean you see staff cleaning all the time and their workers are so friendly greeting you with smiles and laughs.they are always here to help you.their breakfast buffet was amazing and we never missed a day to eat there
