    Despite the hotel being advertised as a 5-star property, the experience was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, and throughout the stay, we encountered multiple serious issues:🚫 Service and Facility Failures• Telephone in the room was non-functional and remains unfixed to this day, despite repeated requests.• Air conditioning was extremely poor, making the room unbearably hot — a serious concern given the summer heat and our age.• Although the kettle is now working, complimentary water is not provided unless specifically requested, which contradicts the advertised amenities.• Towels were removed early each morning, and on several occasions, not replaced, leaving us unable to shower.• Room service and staff responsiveness were consistently poor, requiring us to go down to reception for every request — a major inconvenience for elderly guests.These failures caused significant discomfort and distress. The lack of functioning air conditioning and basic hygiene amenities made the stay physically exhausting. The absence of a working phone created safety concerns, especially given our age and health needs. The hotel’s advertising is misleading, and the actual experience does not reflect the standards of a 5-star establishment. This constitutes a breach of service and false representation, for which I am seeking redress.

    Warm and friendly staff, especially at the reception, ready to help but the hotel was a disaster: no warm water, moths inside the room. Technical staff not able to have dialogue in English, also they do not communicate thru the reception staff. Good location.

    Clean & comfortable room & beds. Bathroom had extra towels & a bathrobe like at home! Breakfast buffet had ample of choices. Front-desk & kitchen staff was extra kind to send hot water+salt in room for a nasty cold & sore throat (gargling) & even allowed to take steam inhalation in hotel's kitchen under supervision!

    Excellent hotel, but the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff, especially Ms. Manal and Ms. Jihan (at the reception), who dealt with us with all honesty and their service was excellent.فندق ممتاز لكن افضل ما في الفندق هو طاقم العمل الرائع وخاصة الانسة منال والانسة جيهان ( في الاستقبال ) الذين تعاملوا معنا بكل صدق وخدمتهم ممتازة ،

    Very nice instead of internet

    It was a very nice and clean hotel and staff was very helpful, but had serious internet problem. Connecting internet inside my room was impossible, I had to sit at the lobby when i needed internet. Hotel is one hour by walking to the Fez medina and 15 minutes with Taxi.
