  Excellent Riad in central location

  Three of us rented the entire Dar (three bedrooms/5 beds) for a few nights while we stayed in Fes. The host Simohammed was an excellent host, meeting us at the train station and giving us little tips along the way. He checked in every day to see if there was more he could offer us. He also booked us a guide for the first day in Fes and offered other tours as well.Booking with AirBNB included breakfast everyday with Nabila, who also cleaned the Dar each day. She's an excellent cook and very pleasant. We were worried about not having the space to ourselves, but it didn't feel intrusive at all having her come every morning. She also cooked us dinner on our first night which was great since we were arriving a little late. The only thing you should be prepared for is thin walls with the neighbors. The Medina houses are very closely packed and you are keenly aware of what is happening on the street and next door at all times. Quiet in the mornings but a little noisy at night.

  Booked via Airbnb, Siomohammed was welcoming and hospitable, offered lots of opportunities to go on excursions and things without pressure, just informative - His sister cooked great breakfast and if given the opportunity you should have her come to cook of an evening it's 100x better than any of the touristy restaurants. Only complaints would be that it's in a local residential neighbourhood and can be quite noisy quite late and that the second bedroom mattress is very hard and wouldn't be the sort of thing I would want to sleep on for more than one night - stayed for 7nights in total and had a great time.

  A little treasure

  We found and booked this place on airbnb, and could not have been happier! This dar has got everything you will need to enjoy at best your holiday in Fes. It is very well located, a three minutes walk from R'cif square, a perfect point to start exploring the medina or to catch a taxi, even though the first time you will need Simohammed's help to find the place. Our host was very helpful and nice, and the breakfasts he prepared were just delicious! We were six people, and rented the whole riad, since it has only three bedrooms: a double, which is also the most impressing, a triple and a single room, quite simple if compared to the others. The double room has its own bathroom, while the main one and its majestic bath tub are at the other two rooms' disposal. Each room has its air conditioning system, and they were all very clean. The place offers a great value for money, and our stay in Fes was made even more unforgettable thanks to our accomodation. We will definetely come back!

  Spacious,good location and wonderful staff

  This dar (small riad) is relatively easy to find, especially after Simohammad, the manager, drew a simple map for us from/to the nearest Medina gate. The dar has three rooms on two floors plus the rooftop. Simohammad was very helpful and arranged our pickups from/to the train station/airport and tour guides inside and around Medina.The help, Nadillah, comes in the afternoon to clean up and, by request, can cook for the guests. Both Simohammad and Nadillah are really wonderful people that made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended.
