    I had a great experience at this Riad. Mohammed and Abdul made us feel very welcomed upon arriving and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Riad due to the ease of finding it from the parking lot located outside the Medina. It’s almost a straight walk from the lot to the Riad. You can get very lost in the maze of Old Fes. We had an amazing breakfast and dinner. Mohammed recommended a great tour guide for us after getting lost the first day. The room was small and cozy. This Riad is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of the city, which is preferable.

    I had a very distressing experience at this riad. The staff and owner physically prevented me from leaving the property after I raised safety concerns. I recorded the incident and reported it to authorities. I would not recommend staying here due to safety issues there is an on going case against this place

My experience in this hotel is wonderfully beautiful and the fine details in everything... The wonderful staff that gives you the feeling that you are at home and among your family, so you do not feel like a stranger. The wonderful breakfast and the view overlooking the old city... I would like to thank the wonderful Mr. Abdul Qader and the beautiful and cooperative staff, Ms. Zainab, Ms. Rabia, and Mr. Muhammad Al Sagheer and Ahmed. All thanks and love to you all. I will miss you very much ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹 location v.good ,,cleanliness v.goooood ❤️

    My family and I have stayed in this lovely place back in September of 2023 it is very clean, convenient and the staff will make your stay enjoyable and welcome they treat us like a king and queen. Recommended and definitely will go back again. Thank you everyone.

    We had a great time at Riad Dar Guennoun. Mohamed was really helpfull. He showed us places to eat and arranged all of our tours and day trips. Including a tour trough the medina with a great guide. Location is perfect, close to a few shops and nice restaurants. The breakfast they serve is really good! There is a roof terrace with a panoramic view of the medina (were they also serve breakfast if asked) They also provided us with tea, water, fruits or coockies after day trips or during the day when we would be in the lobby. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We highly recommend this place! We would definitely come back here if we ever return to Fes. Thanks Mohamed and Abdul! (and ofcourse the rest of the staff)
