    We enjoyed two evenings in a row at Riad Fes's rooftop terrace to watch the sunset, take in the beautiful view of the historic medina, and hear the incredible call to prayer. The service was consummate, kind, warm, and generous - we had the same server both evenings and the bartender is a certified Calvados ambassador. The drinks were incredible, the food was great, and we couldn't have been more attentively cared for. The wonderful bartender (Adnou?) had a very special bespoke Manhattan recipe for my husband, including three of his own bitters recipes, and a fresh date. While we weren't overnight guests at the riad, we will be the next time we come to Fes. Two incredible evenings in a row. Highly recommend.

    We had a truly wonderful stay at Riad Fes. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located - a real oasis in the heart of Fez.The atmosphere is elegant & welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent.A special thank you to Hiba from the Food & Beverage team.
