    I stayed in this Riad, only one night. Very nice both the common areas and the room. From my room you can see one of the two pools. Very generous spaces, furniture with refined finishes and furnishings in general very well cared for. Originally submitted in Italian on www.tripadvisor.it. View originals.

    In a hot day in Fez, we thought that we need a pool so we decided to go to the (horrible) riad mimosa to enjoy the pool and chill. They were not kind from the first look, they started cleaning the pool by using the chlorine at 12 am after one hour we arrived, that has a bad effect on our skin and hair, The receptionist was very rude, she talked to us with a unrespectable way, the toilet was very dirty, she told us that the cleaner didn't come yet!!! The price were very expensive for this experience, the young guy working there is the best person we met, he was very polite with his smily face, very thankful for him.If you need a calm chilling day don't try this bad energy place.

    They charged us twice the price for a little larger room then offered on the booking platform. As we are there with an electric car, they asked after 4 hour charging for 30€. In Germany with the highest electricity costs, the full charging is maximum 10€. After we agreed for 15 € I gave them the money unfortunately too early, as after a while they unplugged the car and finally turned off the fuse. So I had to leave not fully charged. In order to reach our next goal, we did have to make an extra stop for 3 hours on our way. By the way, to fully load the car, the costs would have been maximum 6€.Also in the morning there was no hot water in our room.

    Dishonest and rude. They cheated us about 10 times more travel tax than it really Was in the county. The while stay in the place was total catastrophe, one thing after other. Very greedy owners. I do not recommend this place toanybody.

    Me and my fiance we were staying to one of the sisters hotel. As we did not had a swimming pool at our hotel, we decided to visit this one. The interior looks amazing and the pool.The most annoying part was when: we order food but took more than two hours to arrive. As we knew in Arabic world everything is slow down, we only order a morrocan salad, 2 soups and a pie. After we had dinner, a lady came with some fruits and water. I asked the lady what is this for but she did not understand English or French so I give up. I thought is something complementary for being late with the food.When we went to set up the bill we were surprised to see that almost 200 dirham were added to the bill for things we did not order but had (like the fruits) or payed double for some orange juices. When I question the amount we had to pay the lady at the reception (who speaks a decent English and was the one taking the order) she just smiled and told us this is for the things we didn't order. We did not argued but left to our hotel really disappointed. I thought this was a really nasty and unprofessional way of making money! The £40 we payed I don't think they were a fortune but it should be my decision of how I spent my money.So...if anyone stays to this hotel, please refuse any extra things they offer or check the prices.
