Fraud, shabby,tiny rooms passable breakfast.

Good location, very close to the Blue gate. Poor to shabby accommodation, downstairs bedroom tiny, no window, very limited storage and toilet/shower is cramped, nothing need refurbishment. SUspect fraud with payment, as told to cancel the Booking.com reservation and then pay the membership cash,Now!Breakfast passable, 1 egg, rubbery potatoes cakes, coffee and juice. Lots of bread with jam and honey.Female staff member helpful and kind.Not a good first Riad experience.

Love yourself? Do NOT go here!! Do NOT book here!!!This hotel is part of a fraudulent booking syndicate—they make you book, cancel, and try to railroad you into paying a higher price. I booked elsewhere and was told my room had a problem and got taken to this riad. The owner pressured me into cancelling the original booking, THEN tried to sell me a booking at a higher price. I didn’t mind the price tbh, but I asked to see the room first and it was definitely NOT worth the price. The room was tiny and dingy, and good luck getting out of the bathroom because the door was simply too large for the bathroom. You’d have to use the toilet with the door open. Probably explains why they don’t have a listing on booking.com, despite having multiple free rooms. As I was sat in the ‘reception’ considering my options, the owner was whining about me in Arabic to the guys at my original booking, then came back and started yelling at me. Yelled at me for about 5 mins straight, so I picked my bags and left. The cantankerous man banged the door behind me. Good riddance, because I went and had a fantastic time elsewhere. They’ll try to make you pay an undeserved high price for probably the worst room in all of Fes Medina. Need I say more about the ‘service’?

Very nice riad. We stayed in one of the top floor rooms which was renovated recently. Private bathroom in the room. Good breakfast included. They have a nice terrace on the rooftop where you can have your meals made by the staff if you wish. They are fluent in English and Spanish, very helpful and friendly. Since it was Ramadan, they invited all guests to break the fast together with them at the rooftop, a very pleasant experience with very good food. Very welcoming, you will feel at ease in this riad. I totally recommend it!

Very good location..nearly to market..town..clean riad,people ho looking after property their are very nice , and Yusuf the adimistrator 100% the best...I very strong recommended this Riad....kid Regards Daniel

Very nice riad close to médersa bounania staff helpful and good service The house is comfortable and clean. Location It's easy to find.for the breakfast, it is delicio brakfest and great location in the heart of the medina to 2 min from the Bleu gate
