    It was enjoyable experience

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The location is also perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again."

    Fabulous Hotel - we'll return

    rating16 Mar 2026

Fabulous hotel and great value for money. Very large room and very quiet - which doesn't happen often in hotels. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Only negative comment to make, was that the room and ensuite were very dark - very little lighting in either so if you're doing make-up after the sun has gone down, it's nearly impossible to tell that you're not going out looking like an 'oompa-loompa'!The Restaurant has a great atmosphere in the evening and food/menu is amazing....as is the Rooftop Bar where the cocktail menu must be sampled whilst the sun sets! Breakfast had a wide choice too.All the staff were attentive and their customer service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again....and it's only about a 10 min taxi ride to the main Square/Souks, or we walked it one day and it took 25 minutes...the walk itself is an experience as you see a lot of Marrakech.

    Excellent hotel

    rating02 Mar 2026

Superb hotel. Located in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the Fnaa with actually quite a modern European feel. There are good restaurants in the area and actually the food in the hotel was really good. We ate there most nights. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The room was very well appointed and the beds were very comfy. My only suggestion to improve the experience would be to install a smart TV. We only had a flat-screen that had channels mostly not in English. Other than that it was an excellent hotel and I would stay again. Some advice - always have 50 MAD in your wallet because that is what the going rate for a taxi ride is in the city. It is approximately 5-7 mins by taxi from the hotel to the Fnaa/Medina.

    Lovely hotel, poor service

    rating23 Feb 2026

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel. Well appointed rooms with the most comfortable.bed we slept on in 2 weeks in Morocco.Great roof top pool and bar, nice restaurant. Its in a decent location too.The issue here is the service.Specific example of good service. Our laundry came back 1 shirt short. We enquired, showed a picture of the item, it was in our room within 10 minutes.Specific examples of poor service.1. Lunch on the rooftop. We ordered one chicken club sandwich. It was delivered to a woman who ordered the same thing 10 minutes after us. After 30 minutes with still no sandwich, we asked and were given a salmon one. Not what was ordered. They took that away and then brought the right one.2. Dinner in the restaurant. It took forever to be able to order a bottle of water. 15 minutes later they delivered still, not sparkling as was ordered. We requested sparkling again instead. 15 minutes later we requested it again. 10 minutes later they delivered it after another request. Two in our party ordered steaks. 10 minutes later the server returned advising that neither steak was available and they needed to select something else. Servers should know what is NOT available and advise at the time of ordering.3. Breakfast in the restaurant. I ordered mint tea. When it was delivered the server put it down and walked off without asking if my husband would like a hot drink. Eventually we flagged him down again and requested black tea for him. It was never delivered. My husband also ordered an omelette from the waitiler stationed by the omelette ordering place. He never got it.One poor service issue is unlucky. Multiple in 4 services used? That's just bad training and poor service.

    Less Than What We Expected

    rating09 Feb 2026

We spent one night in the more modern side of Marrakech and not worth the price we paid. We were greeted with a nice presentation of mint tea while we waited for our room to be readied. After entering our room we were surprised to see a platter of fresh whole fruit and four cookies. One complimentary bottle of water was also given. However, we were disappointed with the room comfort and features. Our room was exposed to the sun most of the day and got pretty warm inside. We left the AC on but to no effect only to find out from the front desk that AC was turned off in the winter! I was told to just leave the sliding door open to cool the room down. Seriously! When we decided to leave the room, the sliding door would not lock. We slid one door and other side opened. It was frustrating and while we were a couple floors up above the front entrance I assumed we were secure for the one night. In the morning, we ate at the breakfast buffet. It was an average mix of food but nothing that stood out.Overall we failed to find the luxury in this hotel.
