    I made 3 reservations through a 3rd party site. I asked my assistant to make sure the information was correct as it appeared two different ways on the confirmation. The person who answered the phone SHOUTED (I could hear through the phone) at him and used insulting language. The response from the hotel when I cancelled ? "very good news".

    Its good hotel located in center of Marrakesh and around 15 min walking to jaama el fana square staff welcoming and thanks to kenza she made our experience successful I recommend

    From the start, it was a bad experience. The room was completely unclean. The receptionist's attitude was anything but not professional, even downright rude and trying to extort money for everything. We stayed for three days, and they didn't change our sheets or towels, nor did they clean the room. The bathtub floor was so hard to step on. I advise you to choose a better option.desde el principio fue una mala experiencia, las condiciones de la habitación no eran adecuadas en cuestión de limpieza en absoluto. La actitud de la recepcionista ha sido de todo menos profesional llegando a ser bastante borde y queriendo sacar dinero por todo. Estuvimos 3 días y no nos cambiaron las sábanas, ni toallas y tampoco limpiaron la habitación, el suelo de la bañera daba hasta cosa pisarlo. Te aconsejo elegir mejor.

    We went to quite a few riads in marrakech old medine and another hotel in tangier. We wanted to stay in gueliz for a bit at the end so we changed some of our arrangements. All the spots we booked we're at a fairly low price so a lot of places we stayed had issues with the heated water, the uncomfortable pillows, etc. This place was very good for the price too! The out door area was really nice, the location was great, pillows and bed were comfortable and service was amazing compared to the hotel we stayed in tangier. Everyone working there was helpful and always at our disposal! I don't regret booking this place!
