    Staff was kind. Door to stairs was always stuck. Hallway was dingy. Room was ok but smelled musty and just outdated. Breakfast was good. Toilet seat wasn't on right. Just not very bright and cherry.     STAY AWAY FROM HERE

    DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst experience at a Comfort Inn. We stayed here 3 days. BAD IDEA! Extra charge from when I booked in earlier in the year (surprise!). Also, we were given the option of a cash deposit. Upon check out, I felt like a criminal as front desk clerk waited for the maid to check the room to receive our deposit back. We had to ask for our ration of toilet paper everyday. Seriously?!? We stayed here for 3 days. SAME BREAKFAST EVERYDAY (it’s free but that’s about it). You begin to wonder if there isn’t a side scheme going on at this place. It’s all about taking your money. Who cares about service? Not this place!! STAY AWAY!     Staff went the extra mile

    My family of 5 stayed in a suite in room 208. The room was clean. There were 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch. Beds were decent. Pillows were a bit lumpy. The pull-out couch mattress was quite stained. It appeared as though someone had previously vomitted on it. I would suggest to the hotel to change out the mattress or put a mattress cover on it. My teens were grossed out. The shower head was great. The staff was exceptional. We arrived at 9pm. The man checking us in was friendly and gave us the linens needed for the pull-out couch. In the morning, the lady at the front desk was very friendly as well. Breakfast was what you would expect from a comfort hotel. The woman taking care of breakfast (C.C.) was very friendly as well. I would like to commend the staff at this establishment. We had checked out and left. We were an hour away when we realized we left a very important ring in the room. It held significant sentimental value. I called immediately to ask the staff to take a look. She assured me that they would take a look and told me to call back in 30 minutes. She called us back within 10 minutes to tell us that they found the ring. We are very thankful to the staff at Comfort Suites for going the extra mile. Thank you for accommodating us.     Worst Hotel in all of Kentucky!!

    I don't know where to start with how awful this stay was. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. They stay was okay but the white heavier set lady at the front desk was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met. Upon checkout I was told that my card was declining. Apparently when I purchased something from the store and they charged it to my card the released the authorization they had on my account for the full amount of my stay. This resulted in the funds being taken from my account as a hold meaning that I now have 114$ missing from my account and they are now demanding another 60$ for the room. The GSR ADMITTED that the fault was on their behalf but still wanted me to pay AGAIN for the hotel. I told her that I couldn't and offered to give my information as I had to go. She was incredibly rude and hostile with me the whole time, she did not attempt to make things right in the slightest. As a fellow Comfort Inn employee I am appalled that one of our sister locations could operate in such a manner to where THEY mess up the account balance and then attempt to push that mistake onto the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF MEMBER!!     DONT STAY HERE!!! Unsafe!!

    I WONT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN PERIOD!!!! When you stay at a hotel, you were supposed to feel safe and secure and treated with respect!! The lady at the front desk o charged my card in additional $250 the next day the following day! she talked to me with the most disrespectful tone I’ve ever encountered and I work in customer service on the daily basis!! They literally watched my minor leave the room go outside. They watched her come back in and followed her on the camera till she came back into the room. They denied and violated the ada laws of ky denied a veteran to stay due to a licensed certified service dog!! I will be contacting the ada, my lawyer, BBB, govern of ky and labor board too!!! To charge someone 600$ is absurd and illegal! I work for credit card processor and once I alert my leaders to this they will file complaint with visa mc and discover! To disrespect a veteran is out of line they scarified the lives for you and this country!!!
