Best hostel in Marrakech?

Really nice place and super friendly staff. The dorm was quiet at night, and the bed was better than in most dorms I have been to. There is a well equipped kitchen which you can use free of charge (unlike in many other hostels in Marrakech which take 30MAD for using the kitchen..) the breakfast was good, with bread omelet, msemmen and a pastry. Strongly recommended, the best one of 5-6 hostels I have been to in the city.

Ticks all boxes for a central location to visit Medina.Clean tidy and very good staffBreakfast includedRooms sprinkled with flower petals!Owner spends time to explain where to go etc For price so inexpensive would highly recommend

During our stay there was six of us split into three rooms. This is a beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech. A very good location for most tourist sites and to get a feel for the day-to-day life of the locals. The whole place is beautifully decorated and the terrace has one of the best views of Marrakech. Abdullah; the host during our stay was so very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his cooking was excellent. I would definitely recommend eating in at least once, as the quality of the food was excellent. It Would also be a good idea to arrange a taxi to the hotel before you arrive, as it may be slightly difficult to find. I would definitely recommend this Riad to others!

Just returned from a trip to Morocco with 6 of our closest friends. Our first night in Marrakech was spent at Dar Malak. Can't say enough about our host Eric and his staff. It was a great intro to Morocco as Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable about the customes and city of Marrakech. Clean, good beds, lovely breakfast, very quiet. thanks

Great if not for the smoking

This was a great place to stay. Very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean with lots of historical flare. My only complaint was that it was labelled non smoking but there was smoking in the riad. Tracey
