Location

Situated in Assouel, one of the oldest districts of the medina, the riad is within 5 minutes on foot from the post office Bab El-Khemis, near a car park watched by a guard and close to the Ben Youssef Madrasa and close to the small museum created by Omar Ben Jelloun. The bus station is around 100 m from the riad and the railway station is some 800 m away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 5 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

    We stayed at Riad Sierra with three in a beautifully decorated and impeccably clean room. The breakfast, the cleanliness and the ambiance could not have been better but Murad, the manager, was an absolute highlight. He picked us up at a nearby parking at arrival because the Riad is very centrally located in the Medina and he was the reason why we immediately felt at home and taken care of. No request and wish was too much for him and he made sure we were safe at all times. He gave us great tipps and insight to culture and people. Thanks for an absolutely amazing stay! We will be back!!

    The property itself is a great place to stay! Great location, clean, and very comfortable. The included breakfast is great!But what made the trip stand out was the host, Mourad! He went out of his way everyday to help all of the guests, and made our stay that much more comfortable!

    Just returned from a week at Riad Sierra. Short taxi ride from airport. Mourad collected us from the taxi and took us to the riad which is just few minutes walk. Such a warm and friendly welcome and felt at ease very quickly.Room extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely breakfast on rooftop and a delicious evening meal cooked by Fatima and her daughter. As two ladies on our first visit it to Morocco, we were a little nervous initially, but Mourad gave us invaluable advice and ensured we always returned to the riad safely. He went over and beyond what we expected and his kindness was very much appreciated. We would most definitely stay at this beautiful riad again.

    Really pleasant stay for 3 nights while our visit in Morocco during Christmas holidays! Kristen and Shea, the American owners, are very helpful and they recommended us restaurants that aren’t touristic. Please make sure that you get some warm pajamas during winter, as the rooms are big and the air conditioner is not enough to warm the rooms (and you!) The traditional breakfast was delicious! If you are using google maps or maps.me to find your way to the Riad it may be tricky, if you are not used to narrow roads. As the cars are not allowed to drive in the old city (Medina) the nearest parking is a the post office, which is not far away from the Riad. For the first time, I would recommend to ask them to pick you up from the post office, just to be sure. They would be glad to help you!
