The hotel has 32 junior suites, 4 suites and 41 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     We stayed at the hotel dellarosa for 7 days, we arrived in the evening on the first day and we were met with smiles and mint tea. The staff were super friendly and we then ate in the smaller Moroccan restaurant which was delicious. We were upgraded as two of party were celebrating their honeymoon and we stayed in the dellarosa riad suite. It was lovely, great views lots of space, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living areas and a balcony that encompassed the whole way round. Breakfast in the Organza restaurant was delicious every morning as well. All of the restaurant staff were welcoming and helpful. Our cleaner Fatima deserves a special mention, she was fantastic and super helpful. The location was great to access the main sites and a short walk away from the main square. There are plenty of local places to eat nearby as well.Would definitely recommend staying here.

    The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Tarik at breakfast who was always so helpful and kind, Djemal at the door and Zineb at front desk. I stayed with my mother 17-22 April in a Junior suite. The room was comfortable and large with good AC. The sitting room was huge but quite sparsely decorated. However, the bathroom was not in keeping with a 4 star or even a 3 star hotel. It was a bit shabby and there was no shower curtain or shower screen attached to the bathtub so the floor would flood every day. It was otherwise clean. Breakfast was ok for a short stay. We did not try any other meals here. The lobby and communal area were lovely and well decorated. There is a small pool which is always in the shade, so the water felt quite cold though the weather was hot high 20s, low 30s C. It was lovely to sit by the pool in the shade and at night. Didn't try the spa. Nice roof terrace. The location was great, walking distance to the old town and also the malls/restaurants in the newer areas of town. It was safe walking back at night and taxis were easily available. There were lot of restaurants within a short walk, some were very nice and bustling. The taxi ride to the airport was 15 minutes. I would stay here again, but they really need to update the bathrooms or at the very least add shower curtains!

    I’ve genuinely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing, the food has been very good, and the staff are all very pleasant.I arrived quite late on my first evening and was exhausted from travelling. Later at the restaurant, Fouad was incredibly kind and welcoming. He was attentive, always smiling, and made me feel comfortable straight away. It’s little things like that which really make a difference.A truly lovely experience overall.

    I really enjoyed my stay here, everything was truly wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent throughout my stay.The hotel was also very close to the city center, which made everything very convenient. One of my favorite things was the lounge on the rooftop of the hotel. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially during sunset, with an amazing view of the mountains that created a very relaxing atmosphere.A special thank you to Fouad in the restaurant, who was extremely kind and welcoming. I remember he told me that his name means someone with a big heart, and honestly it suited him perfectly. He was always smiling, polite, and made every dining experience even more enjoyable.I would also like to thank Ghizlane at the reception for her warm welcome and professionalism.Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would happily come back again.
