  Best thing was location, central, easy to find and close to Riva.Apartment over 3 levels, stairs are extremely dangerous, 2nd set go into the lounge, kitchen area but there is no step just outside the door, you have to carefully step sideways and down onto the stairs. There is security tape but it is highly dangerous.Bed was low to the ground with hard mattress, one thin blanket and one pillow. Not the best nights sleep.I think there are a number of apartments as photos appear to be better for some.Split is nice but would suggest looking elsewhere if this particular apartment was available. I tried to upload photo but slow internet connection.

  WE WERE SCAMMED — avoid this place at all costs!We booked this accommodation based on the bright, beautiful photos shown on Booking, but what we actually got was a completely different room: dark, cramped, with tiny windows and constant noise coming from all directions. It felt more like a prison cell than a holiday stay.I contacted the host immediately — he claimed he would check and get back to me, but of course, I never heard from him again. I followed up several times and was completely ignored. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly dishonest (typical scammer behavior).Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews beforehand (my mistake), but later discovered that many others experienced the exact same bait-and-switch. This is clearly a recurring scam by this host.Save your money, your sanity, and your holiday — do not book here.

  The apartment is as listed on Booking.com and was spacious, it was also very central and only a few mins walk to restaurants, shops and the seafront. The staff were very quick to respond to emails and were very helpful.As another woman stated in her review I would not recommend these apartments to a solo woman traveller as you go down an alley and into a dark corner, the door does not feel secure and it is a lonely place to walk alone at night.

  Excellent location. Walk down a alley and right next to the esplanade. Room was very basic. No frills but comfortable bed, big hot water system. Good size bathroom. Towels could be replaced as everything was a bit worn.Location was excellent but steep steps to the apartment. Quiet location . Owner was very nice. Good security

  Pros: Hidden away just off of the streets so away from the madness but near enough to walk into town. Helpful staff on check in and during our stay (thank you for responding to our questions) also giving us tips on around the area - sadly due to the storm we missed the viewpointHuge bed and comfortable too but only 2 pillowsNice seating area (sofa)Small kitchen area with most of the items needed to eat inDon't be fooled by the small shower - pretty powerfulHelpful staffCons: Nothing major at all: Bedroom had a sheet and then a blanket but no proper duvet. Normally not an issue but we picked the days with storms so after getting soaked a duvet would have been ideal (we didn't even need the aircon!)Bathroom is tiny luckily we are slim but anyone on the wider side may struggle. We also ran out of hot water so my partner had to have a cold shower before heading out TV was tiny with no sharing option - again normally on holiday noone cares but when it was 2 days of a storm we would have appreciated some TV time when the weather got too heavy to walkNot the apartments fault but noisy neighbours with music luckily someone did say something and it was quickly turned off!
